Alberto Stuto, A.K.A. L.OWL, is a young Sicilian DJ/producer who moved to Turin a few years ago. His musical projects gravitate towards the sounds of Downtempo and Organic House, which he presents through DJ sets and live sets, enriched by the presence of string instruments such as guitar or mandolin, creating evocative atmospheres inspired by the Mediterranean. He collaborates with Salgari Records and is currently working on his upcoming release scheduled for 2024.

Chapter 60 - Gli Scorridori del Mare by Lil Owl

Listen to the people of Al Khalil aka Hebron. This show was produced during the end of April 2020 while we were all experiencing the Corona virus. In occupied Khalil, curfews and lockdowns are imposed on the non settler population frequently. 
Apart from Al Quds, Al Khalil is the only Palestinian city still formally occupied by the Israeli state.

3 months later, on July 26, Badee Dweik with whom I premeditated this show, wrote the following introduction to it:

The situation in Palestine becomes more hard than ever before. First because of the Israeli occupation actions against Palestinians such as the annexation project, secondly due to the Corona pandemic which hit Palestine strongly than in the beginning, particularly in Hebron.

The statistics of the cases in Palestine reached about 500 in one day, half of which are in Hebron, most of the time. The reason to that is not because Hebron is the largest city but because the Palestinian authority can’t provide services to the people who live under Israeli control, in the city part called H2.

The occupation forces demolished a Covid-19 medical centre in Hebron. An act condemned with full force. This aggression is not only against Palestine and its’ health system BUT it is a crime against all human and moral values, international charters, agreements and health protocols. It confirms that Israel has a gang government which bullies, terrorises and considers itself above the law. The world’s silence and impotence are a green light for Israel to continue instead of boycotting it as an apartheid regime.

Rune is collecting vinyl records since 1979 and DJ since 1983, made radio programs (Radio Vega, Radio Silkeborg) and was part of the Club scene as Resident DJ in Silkeborg from 1986 with Club New Romantic, Club Sunshine have a DJ gig with Thomas Troelsen (Private, Superheroes, Junior Senior) Rune also Resident DJ Club Submarine Trance & Minimal Techno Party, Deep Space Blitz, Sub - Aarhus (Techno) He djed at festival "Smuk Fest in 2000 with Richie Hawtin and Funkstar De Luxe, Resident DJ with Disco Vendetta, from 2006-2010 played Italo Disco and Cosmic Disco in Copenhagen at Dunkel Bar, Steengade 30 & Culture Box with (Andrew Weatherall) and have also DJ Club's in the best club’s in Copenhagen, Mantra, Pan Club, Level Cph. Looking back at more than 25 years of Djing, Noema is a true master at the decks.
During his former 10 year residency at the legendary Berlin Club institution Wilde Renate, Noema developed a unique style combining eclectic selections, fascinating dramaturgies and exceptional mixing skills. In his sets, he seamlessly navigates through Cosmic, Balearic Beat, Classic House, Indie Dance and Dark Disco, delivering an electrifying journey packed with unexpected twists and turns 
In his studio work, he has collaborated with electronic music heavy weights like Grammy winners Basement Jaxx, Apparat, Dixon, Acid Pauli and many more.
In winter 2023 Noema released his debut Album, which is part of his comprehensive art piece called ''ONE'' for which he composed minimal music for a small orchestra and electronics, created an interactive choreography, stage design, costumes, story, texts, graphics and videos. 
The original album is accompanied by a remix EPs featuring artists like Lauer, Kalabrese, Mehmet Aslan, Shubostar and Panthera Krause.

Besides his involvement in electronic music, Noema has played classical guitar since he's six years old, won a grant and several music awards in the process and eventually graduated the renowed music college „Hanns Eisler“ in Berlin with a masters degree.

It’s estimated that to date 35, 000 people have been slaughtered – 15,000 of them woman and children not including the bodies under the rubble and with more than 600,000 are on the brink of preventable starvation.

Our own Irish ancestors experienced a devastating famine exacerbated by the British occupation – when 1 million people starved to death and 1 million more emigrated. So as the Israeli government uses starvation as a weapon of war, I am not going to forget our past, as those who do so and stand by, are surely doomed to regret their inaction.” David Holmes
