@djsibel reprend sa résidence et a le plaisir d’inviter @fredrik-bekkaasen, un DJ et producteur norvégien et prometteur dont j’ai apprécié l’EP « Some Context » chez le label Flux Collective. Il nous a concocté un set atmosphérique, un voyage hypnotique en profondeur avec éléments polyrythmiques et de la texture.

Who are you ? 

I am Fredrik Bekkåsen, 31years and living in the woods outside Oslo, Norway.

How would you describe your mix?

My mix is a short intro to my sound and what i play, I usually dont prepear things, just go with whatever my mood is and go from there. 

Which artists, DJs, producer inspire you?

The ones that stick to their shit and dont hop on trends. 

What was your best moment on stage?

First gig after lockdown, playing peak time after nearly 2 years break, the vibe was insane. i still hunting the feeling looking out from the booth seeing new and old faces locked in the groove.

What is your B2B dream?

Oscar Mulero, even though that would be more terrifying than a dream.

FR - Zhar est une Dj strasbourgeoise engagée et connectée au dancefloor qu’elle a à coeur de faire vibrer. 
Nourrie des percussions amazigh, imprégnée du hip hop et du breakdance, elle aime ouvrir le champ des possibles en créant des mariages improbables hors des sentiers battus. 

Sa grande proximité au dancefloor l’amène à chercher à s’intéresser au danseur, pour bouncer et l’emmener à entrer en lien avec la musique. 
Dans cette optique, elle accorde inévitablement une importance fondamentale à la démarche de sélection qui est toujours pensée, pointue et travaillée. 

Ainsi, chaque set est une expérience unique, un tout cohérent avec ses vibes propres, mais toujours éclectiques, punchy et groovy. Pour pouvoir combiner librement sans se limiter à un genre, elle a naturellement choisi l’électro à laquelle elle associe selon son feeling Bass, Breaks, House progressive et Techno. 

Très présente sur la scène strasbourgeoise, elle est, entre autres, invitée à mixer régulièrement au Kalt club ainsi qu’à la Kulture. Invitée à mixer sur Rinse France, elle anime également ses émissions « Solar Eclipse sur radio Flouka » ainsi que « Shut up and Dance » sur Zest radio, qui lui permettent de garder un lien à la radio comme espace privilégié de liberté d’expression musicale. 

EN - Zhar is a committed DJ from Strasbourg who's passionate about the dancefloor.
Nourished by Amazigh percussion and steeped in hip hop and breakdance, she likes to open up the field of possibilities by creating unlikely combinations off the beaten track. 

Her close proximity to the dancefloor leads her to take an interest in the dancer, to bounce around and bring him or her into contact with the music. 
With this in mind, she inevitably attaches fundamental importance to the selection process, which is always well thought-out, precise and carefully crafted.  

As a result, each set is a unique experience, a coherent whole with its own vibe, but always eclectic, punchy and groovy. To be able to combine freely without limiting herself to one genre, she naturally chose electro, to which she associates Bass , Breaks , progressive House and Techno according to her feeling.

A regular fixture on the Strasbourg scene, she is regularly invited to mix at Kalt club and Kulture. Invited to mix on Rinse France, she also hosts her shows "Solar Eclipse on radio Flouka" and "Shut up and Dance" on Zest radio, which enable her to radio as a privileged space for free musical expression.

Több, mint 10 éve foglalkozik a zene különböző formáival, melynek végeredménye a techno műfajában összpontosult. Ez az album számára jelentős fordulópontot képvisel az életében, mivel Adam Kr felkérése készítette, amely lavinaként indította el a zenekiadás útjára. Zenéit olyan kiadók adták ki, mint a Concepto Hipnotico, Space Travel Records, Sunora Recordings stb., és olyan előadók keverték fel szettjeikben mint Rene Wise, Kaiser, vagy Dj Cobahn.

DnD (@paer_oxyd) , DJ et producteur de Lyon nous a concocté un mix full techno mentale. Jadis musicien guitariste aux appétences rock et metal progressiste, sa sensibilité l'a mené à affiner son goût pour une techno hypnotique et mentale, made in Detroit, dark & groovy.

Qui es-tu ?

Je suis DnD, dj/producteur Techno vivant à Lyon. Je suis passionné de musiques depuis mes 8 ans. 
Je suis passé par plusieurs styles en commençant en tant que guitariste. J’ai commencé, bien sûr par le rock/hard rock, ensuite j’ai eu un groupe de metal progressif jusqu’à mes 19 ans. 
Cette période là de ma vie m’a permis de creuser et développer mon style grâce à des influences tel que Pink Floyd. 
Cela a permis d’enrichir ma musique de sonorités progressives et psychédéliques. Et aujourd’hui c’est ça que je veux retranscrire dans mes sets.

Comment décrirais-tu ton mix ? 

Pour moi, mes sets se caractérisent par plusieurs jeux de textures, avec de nombreux côtés « dark », mais toujours en gardant un côté groovy contenant des sonorités industrielles. 


Quels sont les artistes DJ/producteurices qui t’inspirent ?

Les artistes dj qui m’inspirent aujourd’hui, sont Freddy K, Ben Klock, Marcel Dettmann … et pleins d’autres que je garde pour moi ..!


Quel était ton meilleur souvenir sur scène ? 

Mon meilleur souvenir était indéniablement pendant la dernière pride de Lyon, invité par le restaurant du centre ville de Lyon “Ultimo”. Nous avions fait danser des centaines de gens toute la soirée en b2b avec un ami, DJ à Lyon “De Santi”, pendant un open air près du grand Opéra de Lyon (en pleine ville! ) avec un warm up assuré par mon amie Sibel.
Le fait de voir tout type de gens danser avec le sourire (des personnes plus jeunes à plus âgées, des enfants etc…) 
C’était incroyable !

Avec qui rêve tu de faire un b2b ?

Je n’ai pas vraiment d’idée pour répondre à cette question car je découvre tout les jours des nouveaux talents ( connus ou pas ..!) 
Et, pour moi, un b2b c’est un moment de partage entre DJs, qui se fait au feeling, car le plus important à mes yeux c’est l’échange, c’est le fait d’avoir une occasion de partager mon univers musical avec un autre DJ. Je trouve ça très enrichissant de partager ce moment avec un passionné, on peut mutuellement apprendre et s’inspirer l’un de l’autre, c’est ces valeurs là que j’aime dans le B2b
Mais, pour en revenir à la question, je dirais que si il m’était permis de jouer en B2b avec un DJ que je connais, je choisirais, bien sûr,
Ben Klock.

Who are you ? 
My name is Inez Akker and I am a Techno DJ/Producer living in the Netherlands. I started DJing 5 years ago as a simple hobbie, and things escalated into an almost full-time passion that took me to play in amazing venues. Making people dance like crazy is what truly keeps me addicted to the booth!

How would you describe your mix? 
A combination of groovy & hypnotic elements layered on top of a powerful lowend.

Which artists, DJs, producer inspire you? 
My biggest inspiration comes from the early 90’s sound of Electronic Music, such as Underworld, the Chemical Brothers and Kraftwerk. I like to take this old school vibe and re-invent it with my own interpretation of modern underground Techno & Hardgroove sounds, like the kind of style you find in Berlin clubs.

What was your best moment on stage?
Without a doubt, my most exciting momento on stage was the first time I closed Melkweg, since it was the first time I could close a party for a big crowd (1,300 people).

What is your B2B dream?
Yanamaste (resident at Khidi Club in Georgia, my favourite DJ at the moment) and Antonio Fevola (my musical twin, we are both residents of Subliminal Collective, and this B2B will materialize soon!).

Who are you ? 

My name is Fidel Saitz, a.k.a Shft.rar, I am from Rafael Calzada, Buenos Aires Sur Suburvio.

How would you describe your mix?

My mixes always have hints of groove and Dub in terms of depth, combining organic drums and percussion, producing the sensation of the earth together with the Deep Synthesis mix with dreamlike intentions.

Which artists, DJs, producer inspire you?

My inspirations are to combine specific deep searches of different great artists of both Dub and Groove, naming Phantom Networks, Marcelo Antonio, Rove Ranger, and Deluka

What was your best moment on stage?

Regarding the question about my best moment, I think that has not yet arrived, I am too young to believe that I have reached my maximum horizon.

What is your B2B dream?

My B2b dream is to play with my best friend on another planet.
