Dennis Kane is a renowned DJ, Producer, visual artist and writer, he has run the Ghost Town and Disques Sinthomme imprints, he partners with Darshan Jesrani in the group SIREN, and continues to work on new material and productions for his LESDK label. His most recent remix for Ilija Rudman’s “Sparks” is available now, upcoming is a remix for Rheinzand’s “14 Again”, LESDK’s second release will drop in December. Kane has been isolating in NYC’s Lower East Side with his son Roan Mingus. He likes to bike around the city late at night.

In this Sunset Lovers episode,  I'm happy to host one real music lover & enthusiast with an exceptional music taste, Lithuanian digger & selector, radio host, dj, party starter, and label owner from Vilnius.
 
He has been involved with different radio shows and podcasts for about 5 years now and his latest brain child is titled Where Were We? The show is running for a third year now and it hosted almost 80 guests who share the same passion for quality balearic/italo/disco/house grooves. Amongst the guests where the likes of Eddie C, Joe Morris, Coyote, Lexx, Das Komplex, Fabrizio Mammarella, Franz Scala, Bottin, Sorcerer, The Beat Broker and many more. 
This summer Where Were We? also turned into a record label and the first release was crafted by midnattssoula's pal and local talent, resident at Opium Club - Lowe Aka User. Release also had a remix package and remixes were made by italo masters Daniel Monaco, Donald Dust, Romain FX and another rising star from Vilnius - Black Feeling.

Not much is known about Pete Blaker, and it seems he’d prefer to keep it that way. What is known about the Amsterdam based producer and DJ is that he has made a number of slick edits that instead of being released to the public, have ended up in the capable hands of  DJ Harvey and played in his sets around the globe.  

While Pete tends to keep it quiet, his productions and edits made a lot of noise at Pikes Ibiza and countless other locations on Harvey’s world tours.  We were pleased to track Pete down for a mix for our EXCURSIONS series.  He was kind enough to give us an exclusive hour mix composed of some of his favorites.  Even in social distance mode Pete’s mix is bound to get your heart racing.  Pete’s mix is a great warmup for the dancefloor that we hope will re-emerge in 2021.
