Covering various classics is not uncommon in Italo Disco. Hardly a song that has not been pressed through the synth mill and spit out again with its own charm.

This is also the case with the premiere release from the label "Mattoni Pazzi" with the "Monomax Band": As the song title already reveals, you will find a reference to the Led Zeppelin classic on side A. In full 80's Italo fashion, this version is peppered with synth riffs, glittering arpeggios, a thundering DX-7 bassline and almost gothic-tinged vocals.

Side B is a remake of the remake and drifts off into the cosmic at a much higher tempo. A hypnotic repetitive bassline is underpinned with loving, oriental-inspired, lead melodies and vibrating soundscapes.
Limited to 300 copies, this 7" is a must for every vinyl lover!

Rodion and Fabrizio Mammarella are back with another precious collaboration EP since “Appennini” released in 2012 but never forgotten in the fame.
They have been like brothers for many years, and after many
collaborations, these two producers are well attuned to each other in their musical soul. Rodion and Fabrizio are both very sophisticated producers and known for their dramatic melodies, mixed with synthesized funk and disco, which turns it into emotional freaky electronic music.
All tracks are recorded in Mexico City, bringing in Mexican artist Mijo as a featuring on the track ‘’Cerro Gordo’’. Moreover, italo-belgian duo Front De Cadeaux join with a remix that grabs elements from both the original tracks, reworked in one timeless piece of music.

Lost

I like to add Latin rhythms to dance tracks, but I barely do so. This track starts with with typical house organ sound, but then it's Samba! It's still electronic music, of course.

Electro Samba New Mix (Organ louder)

After Hours opens immediately, dropping the listener into a smooth, airborne groove with no intro, just motion. A commanding harp leads the journey from start to finish, weaving fluid melodies that feel both ancient and modern. Jazzy electric piano chords and warm funk-infused synth pads create an inviting harmonic bed, while a deep house–inspired kick and crisp snare lock into a steady, confident pulse.

On the chorus, dub-style harmony violin floats above the rhythm, adding lift and soul, as Afro-pop and Arabic instrumental colors subtly dance through the arrangement. Deep percussion, soulful keys, and R&B-influenced phrasing give the melody its emotional weight, while a gentle vinyl crackle wraps the track in warmth and intimacy. The result is a richly layered instrumental that glides effortlessly, grounded by a powerful low end yet carried by melody and texture.
