Électron libre de la scène nantaise, Aimé explore les musiques françaises curieuses depuis plus de dix ans à travers son émission de radio et ses soirées Boum Bomo. Son dernier chantier en date : (re)découvrir les musiques des pays de France et d’ailleurs, dans toute leur diversité. Sa présence dans Orañjez relevait donc de l'évidence.

En première heure, je vous proposerai une sélection au cœur de la scène bretonne, mêlant folk psychédélique et rock progressif des seventies, piano insulaire, spoken-word engagé et downtempo celtiques. En deuxième heure, Aimé nous plongera dans les paysages sonores foisonnants de Bretagne, d'Occitanie et du Poitou, d’hier et d’aujourd’hui : entre chants de lutte, traditions et musiques à danser.

The mix was recorded on the day of Andrew Weatherall’s last ever gig at A Love From Outer Space at the White Hotel in Manchester 08.02.20. It was an amazing gig.
