Galbert O’Neil aka Mr. O’Neil, is a multifaceted DJ, producer & curator originally from the Dominican Republic, now living in California. From his DJ sets to his own productions you can hear the wide range of genres in his music taste. With more than 20 years in the game,  Mr. O’Neil was an influential part in the development of the electronic music scene in the Dominican Republic with his weekly radio show Visionario On Radio and various residencies. 

His passion for music has led him the opportunity to play with musicians such as Danny Tenaglia, Marcellus Pittman, Franck Roger, Charles Webster, SecretSundaze, Mike Huckaby and Miguel Migs just to name a few. 

Most recently, he has been working on his own music label Labour Of Love, where he has released his music productions and most personal music adventures.

“for the mix I've tried to combine the sounds that I've been loving lately, from slo-house, down tempo to a more dreamy, paradise and balearic rhythms. With many years in the game and after having residencies both in argentina and now in Melbourne, I like to say my mixes feel like stories that make you wonder. 

I don't care about mixing different styles or being eclectic, most of the sets I do here go for 3, 4 hours so I like flowing between styles and surprising the crowd with different atmospheres, all stitch together with fine taste ;)”

“para esse mix eu tentei combinar sons que venho amando ultimamente. do slo-house, downtempo a uns ritmos mais lúdicos, paradisíacos e baleáricos. com tantos anos no jogo, e depois de ter residenciado na argentina e agora em melbourne, eu gosto de dizer que meus mixes soam como contos que fazem você refletir. 

não me incomodo de misturar diferentes estilos ou ser eclético, a maioria dos meus sets duram e, 4 horas então eu gosto de flutuar entre estilos e surpreender o público com diferentes atmosferas, juntando tudo com um gosto rebuscado ;)”
