Excited to cover a very unique style of music that was invented in the US capitol, Washington D.C....Go-Go or as some call it Go-Go Funk.  My connection with Go-Go started in ’83-‘84 when I got my first Trouble Funk record.  I was instantly hooked on that raw power…heavily inspired by 70s funk and latin percussions.  Since than I have been collecting any go-go record that I can possibly find…and still goin'...  
I can only say that it can’t get funkier than this.  So... turn off the TV, stop listening to the news, and get down with your get down...enjoy

Definitly one of my favorite rides of the 2025 summer. Not gonna lie, I was quite nervous in the beginning. Tugged in between the trees, good sound, lovely lights and a fantastic group of people standing on the other side of the booth. That felt good and special, and got me a little nervous at the same time. Just had 1,5 hour but managed to squeeze in a good variety of tunes. Started with a gentle touch but realised I needed some more energy and quickly found my way to some more heavier/deeper stuff (or at least heavy for my taste). After that I found a way for some more energetic uplifting rhythms and finally ended it all with a very soft landing.
I think I described it well enough, but if you can think of a better description, I am all ears after you have listened to the mix :)
