Die Berliner Clubkultur steht vor der größten Herausforderung ihrer Geschichte. Seit dem 13. März wurde das gesamte Berliner Nachtleben behördlich stillgelegt, um die Ausbreitung des Coronavirus zu unterbinden.
Damit sind mehr als 9.000 Mitarbeiter*innen, sowie zehntausende Kunstschaffende schlagartig ohne Beschäftigung und die vielen, für Berlin identitätsstiftenden Orte stehen vor dem Ruin. Als Antwort darauf, dass in Berlin die Clubs geschlossen sind und auch der Rest der Welt in Quarantäne sitzt, unterstützen sich Berliner Clubs, Veranstalter*innen und Künstler*innen untereinander und starten ab Mittwoch, den 18.03.2020 den größten virtuellen Club der Welt: #UnitedWeStream.
