Сегодня расскажу интересную и наверное даже невероятную историю для такого маленького блога как Nonames. Где-то около года назад, кто-то из подписчиков оставил комментарий на английском языке, что-то вроде: Ahm, guys, could you duplicate posts in English please? Сначала я подумал, что это бот, но как оказалось - нет. Я сказал, что 99% аудитории блога русскоязычные, но если очень хочется то я могу персонально переводить каждый пост. Этим подписчиком был Rick Koen (@koenrick), владелец небольшого южноафриканского лейбла Rare Basic Recordings (@rarebasicrecordings), диджей и хаус-продюссер. С тех пор я стараюсь все важные посты делать на двух языках и мы все еще держим связь с Риком: один из моих треков даже был издан на его лейбле (https://rarebasicrecordings.bandcamp.com/album/rbr004-collection-of-perspectives).

Почему история для меня невероятная? Потому что Рик нашел мой скромный блог довольно забавно: он слушал миксы питерского продюсера Dices (@dices), увидел кучу моих странных комментов, типа "+" и т.д, которые я оставляю, чтобы не забыть подиггать трек из микса, зашел ко мне на SoundCloud, а оттуда уже в мой канал. Итак: чувак с Африки, подписался на русский нонейм-канал в телеграме с 40ка подписчиками. По-моему, это - невероятно.

Today is gonna be an interesting and I suppose incredible story for a small blog such as Nonames. Maybe about a year ago somebody leave a comment in English, like:  "Ahm, guys, could you duplicate posts in English as well?" And I was like, WAT? I was thinking that was a bot or smth, but fortunately not. I told him that almost all subscribers are Russian, but if he wanna I can translate every important post personally. It was Rick Koen (@koenrick), founder of a small and independent South Africa based label called Rare Basic Recordings (@rarebasicrecordings). He is a DJ and house producer as well. So, since that time I've been writing all important posts in Russian and English. We still keep in touch with Rick and one of my favorite tracks was released on his label (https://rarebasicrecordings.bandcamp.com/album/rbr004-collection-of-perspectives). Awesome, isn't it?

Why did I consider that story was incredible? Because Rick has found me through some funny way: he was listening to the Saint-Petersburg-based producer Dices (@dices) and observed a lot of my comments like "+" or smth stupid comments like that which I always leave for further digging purposes. Then he went on my SoundCloud page and then subscribed to my telegram blog. So, the dude from South Africa, found a very small and noname Russian telegram blog with 40th subscribers. Damn, I'm sure - that is incredible!
