Hailing from Copenhagen, Denmark, Jazzed Irregularity is dedicated to deep house in all its soulful, hypnotic shades. Fred Aster from Luanda is the biggest Deep House DJ and Producer from Angola.
His own productions are played and celebrated worldwide, including by the hottest house YouTube DJs Flavour Trip. Something a little different from me! Over the past few months, I've been listening to and purchasing a significant number of Sven Wegner's productions. His sound is truly unique and so refreshing in today's world of monotonous, generic releases. It was so refreshing, in fact, that I just had to dedicate an entire one-hour mix to his music.

His productions offer a distinct blend of playful, cordial grooves with perfectly dosed funky influences and signature cut-up vocals, which remind me of the intricate, sample-heavy work found on albums like The Avalanches' "Since I Left You."

RADIO ELECTRONICA was one of the first independent radio programmes to go on air in Jena in 1999. The background was to bring colour into the dreary Thuringian radio programme and to create a platform where regional and national artists from the electronic music scene could present themselves and exchange ideas. RADIO ELECTRONICA claims to be always on the trail of new influences, trends and artists in the field of electronic music.

The show quickly developed from the first pre-productions to a live broadcast, which can be heard every four weeks on Saturdays from 7pm to midnight on the open channel Jena on UKW 103.4 Mhz and via online stream (https://radio-okj.de/wp-content/themes/radiookj/okj-player.html).

With a steadily growing fan base, RADIO ELECTRONICA is still a firm institution in the field of electronic music in Jena and beyond the city limits. Besides the latest scene trends and record presentations, studio guests are a big part of the show.
