Jus Now is UK producer/engineer Sam Interface and Trinidadian producer/engineer/multi-instrumentalist, Keshav. First meeting in 2009 in Bristol, UK, their shared love of Drum n Bass & Soca has birthed a new sound in the tapestry of global bass music and has left a mark on the mainstream. They have contributed largely to the identity of Soca music in the Caribbean for well over a decade and globally via their unmistakable heavy-weight, percussive and bass-laden club records. As producers of songs like “Tun Up”,  “Big Bad Soca’, ‘Truck on D Road’, ‘Fire’, and the like… the sound of Jus Now embodies the traditional spirit of Trinidad & Tobago Carnival and culture, while ushering it into the global fray via a slick, yet bold production palette. As performers, Jus Now are regulars on the UK festival circuit at Glastonbury, Boomtown, WOMAD and the like,  where the opportunity to present the unique sound of Trinidad & Tobago in collision with its bassy roots in Bristol is always present. On the global front, their music is a mainstay on radio stations like BBC radio 1/1xtra, Capital FM, Kiss, Rinse & NTS, while at the same time providing a steady stream of Carnival riddims and hits within the Caribbean diaspora. Jus Now’s music has been featured in global marketing campaigns such as Apple’s iPhone 13, Fast & Furious 8’s global trailer spot, Nike’s England World Cup football campaign, Zumba and others. Blur Records is proud to present the debut of Irish DJ and Producer - Tree Threes - who delivers a superb 5-track EP entitled "Our House" featuring 5 remixes by the outstanding producers Henrik Villard, Henna Onna, Manuel Kane, Max Caesar & Sune.

Born & raised in Cork, Ireland, Tree Threes is known for his distinctive sound, ranging from House to Broken Beat, inspired by fellow Cork natives Fish Go Deep & the British Broken-Beat scene.

The now London-based producer, who has released a flurry of tracks and EPs on some of the most prestigious house labels on the planet, has now dropped a wonderful 5-track EP with us entitled "Our House" and as a celebration, we decided to invite close friends of the label and some of the hottest producers in the scene at the moment: the Norwegian producer Henrik Villard, Armenian wunderkind Henna Onna, the Greek prolific artist Manuel Kane, the German upcoming talent Max Caesar and the Swedish Honey Butter label boss Sune.

Tree Threes delivers a superbly well-composed EP of understated House music, with the remixers taking it to another level with their quirky and slick reinterpretations of the originals, in what promises to be one of our most successful releases so far.

RADIO ELECTRONICA was one of the first independent radio programmes to go on air in Jena in 1999. The background was to bring colour into the dreary Thuringian radio programme and to create a platform where regional and national artists from the electronic music scene could present themselves and exchange ideas. RADIO ELECTRONICA claims to be always on the trail of new influences, trends and artists in the field of electronic music.

The show quickly developed from the first pre-productions to a live broadcast, which can be heard every four weeks on Saturdays from 7pm to midnight on the open channel Jena on UKW 103.4 Mhz and via online stream (https://radio-okj.de/wp-content/themes/radiookj/okj-player.html).

With a steadily growing fan base, RADIO ELECTRONICA is still a firm institution in the field of electronic music in Jena and beyond the city limits. Besides the latest scene trends and record presentations, studio guests are a big part of the show.
