Intr0beatz, the alias of Reykjavik native Arsaell Thor Ingvason, is a beatmaker and producer with an enduring passion for groove. Immersed in his father’s music collection and compositions from a young age, Ingvason first made a name for himself in the late ’90s-as a turntablist and later as a beat producer for various Icelandic hip-hop groups, while also crafting tracks for international rap artists.

A carpenter by profession, Ingvason has built an impressive musical career, combining skilled turntablism with a deep appreciation for vinyl and vintage samplers. His 2011 release Half Time on Möller Records-a heady fusion of chill-out, deep house, funk, and hip hop-marked a pivotal moment in his artistic evolution. Since then, he’s immersed himself in the world of house music, releasing a steady stream of 12” records and EPs on respected labels including Dark Energy, Plastik People, SlothBoogie, Lagaffe Tales, Stay True Sounds, Aterral, and his own imprint, Cosmic Angles.

Intr0beatz is now a central figure in Iceland’s house music resurgence, performing and DJing across Canada, Europe, South Africa, and Japan. Recently back in the studio after paternity leave, he’s now based in Berlin with upcoming releases slated on Aterral and Cosmic Angles.

Native of Casablanca, Nawfel has been immersed in music since a young age. It's through breakdancing that he starts his artistic and creative journey, quickly making a name for himself as a b-boy. With his crew, he became a staple and leaves his mark on the Moroccan and the MENA scene, where he remains a reference to this day.

A true enthusiast and lover of all pillars of Hip hop, he quickly focuses on deejaying, due to the lack of break-djs in the community he was involved with at the time. He then dives, as culture dictates, into turntablism, scratching, beat juggling, and refines his identity over the years.

Thus began his DJ career, which led him from small underground events to club residencies, passing through jams, battles, or line-ups of more niche or mainstream events.

His versatility allows him to travel between funky, classic, boombox hip hop, R&B, reggae dancehall or house music universes, but above all to take the audience on a smooth and organic journey.

Nawfel's sets, playlists, creations, or performances are now more focused on house & techno music. It never fail to impress and always leave the audience wanting more.

With many releases under labels such as Merecumbe Recordings, Sole Channel Music or Ocha Records, his music is supported by well established dj’s such as Black Coffee, Pablo Fierro, Masalo & Kamma, Osunlade, Mr.V, Cee Elassad, Omar Fnx, Rocco Rodamaal, Tedd Patterson and many more...

[PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB] is pleased to present its 76th release. The seventy-sixth issue — like 76 reflections scattered across the mirror of the mind. From the depths of Überlingen, Germany, Deemkeyne (@ueberlingen-deemkeyne) brings us Mind In the Mirror EP — nine fragments of introspection, nine facets of sound mirrored in the dim glass of inner dialogue. In each track, the sound is not only heard but seen — within. Nine tracks, nine doors to a space where reflections take on lives of their own.

Four original compositions:

::: Drawed Traces — marks scratched into memory, like invisible routes on a fogged-up mirror.
::: Core Elements — essence, foundation, the pulse of sound as if heard from deep within the self.
::: Mind In the Mirror — a sonic portrait shimmering in digital ripples, a central meditation on self, on time, on the silence between notes.
::: Next Future — premonition, hypothesis, a rough sketch of tomorrow written in modulation — a dotted line on the map pointing to the unknown.

Five new perspectives — alternate paths through the same labyrinth:

::: Castle From Indistinct Dreams (@shadow-recruit) Rebuild — a dreamlike reimagination by an anonymous architect of hazy sound.
::: Oldschool_Dubtechno .Producer (@enercube & @x_fr) Dust Dub — the dense grain of memory, like an old VHS tape coated with time. The noise of vintage machines slowed to a spiritual tempo.
::: Liuos (@liuos) Rework — northern breath turned into rhythmic geometry — precise and beautiful.
::: Rick Fox (@dj_rick_fox) Basic Remix — a laboratory-grade deconstruction down to the elemental core — mathematically pure, almost industrial in its austerity.
::: DubTeknik (@dubteknik) Reshape — a balance between machine and organism, between structure and chaos. A deepened texture, like the skin of a city after rain.

RADIO ELECTRONICA was one of the first independent radio programmes to go on air in Jena in 1999. The background was to bring colour into the dreary Thuringian radio programme and to create a platform where regional and national artists from the electronic music scene could present themselves and exchange ideas. RADIO ELECTRONICA claims to be always on the trail of new influences, trends and artists in the field of electronic music.

The show quickly developed from the first pre-productions to a live broadcast, which can be heard every four weeks on Saturdays from 7pm to midnight on the open channel Jena on UKW 103.4 Mhz and via online stream (https://radio-okj.de/wp-content/themes/radiookj/okj-player.html).

With a steadily growing fan base, RADIO ELECTRONICA is still a firm institution in the field of electronic music in Jena and beyond the city limits. Besides the latest scene trends and record presentations, studio guests are a big part of the show.
