Radio Juicy presents the new single by Vooo. Wax represents a departure from Vooo’s previous catalog of work, venturing into a fusion of progressive modern harmony and purely vintage tones. The sense of sonic authenticity in this track stems from its use of real instruments including the unmistakable Fender Rhodes, hardware effect processing and a delicate instrumental arrangement which calls to mind records from the 70’s R&B era. For an instrumental track it manages to distinctly conjure imagery of late-night candle-lit decadence fueled by the wax grooves of a vinyl record.

Here's the second single from Vooo's upcoming album on Radio Juicy. "Inspiration is Everywhere" is a very simple and effective track. Originally drawn from a conceptual beat video which used a PC’s USB sound as the starting point for a composition, this track develops from a blank-slate intro with sparse drums and resampled sine waves to a lush and textured R&B vamp with bright electronic elements. While the organic analog instruments and plainly computerized sound sources produce a symbiotic interplay of noise, a hypnotic tension-filled chord progression wanders through different resolutions with a sense of longing which evokes the song’s title. As inspiration can be drawn from everywhere and anything this song is a testament to that.

Vooo - Inspiration is Everywhere

Radio Juicy proudly presents “Hipnosis” the first single taken from the long anticipated upcoming album by Elmo & Nico Harris! Breathing with magnificent harmonies, Nico’s jazzy keys are perfectly complemented by elmo’s synth/bass lines and masterful production and mixing technique. The electro-jazz tune also features the young producer anu who added percussion and drums giving the track its energetic groove. Combining all three musician styles, what started out as simple chords blossomed into the crazy expressive jazz track that you hear as the final result. Elmo and Nico have been working together for a while and their complicity has been noticed as each of their previous tracks have left an impression on editorials across musical platforms. This song stays on track and showcase the absolute best both producers have to offer. And it’s only a start, the album will have many more of these absolute gems.

elmo & Nico Harris - Hipnosis (feat. anu)

Radio Juicy presents “Harvest Moon” a collaborative project by the rising artists Kk Shi, Heem and midnight alpha featuring Nate and Woojinee. The five musicians together crafted this amazing track that reflects the change of emotions someone feels at night time, much like moon phases. Their process was as follow, Kk Shi started the track with some piano and a simple groove, Nate then fleshed out the initial idea. Heem followed by mixing the track, adding his own melodies and arranging the entire song including a guest appearance by Woojinee on violin. Finally, midnight alpha closed the track with a heartfelt outro, reminding us that even with the uncertainty of the night, the moon is there to provide us comfort. The result is simply magical.
