He is one of the first Dutch techno producers/musicians to establish a vital connection between Detroit and Amsterdam in the early 90ʼs. Orlando Voorn has long been recognized as one of the Netherlandʼs most original and ingenious techno producers in the world of electronic dance music. Voorn began DJing at the early age of 12 years old and later went on to win his first scratch competition at Amsterdam.

Orlando did recordings for a legendary Detroit techno and house label @kmsrecordsus, an imprint of @kevinsaunderson using yet another alias known as “Fix” where he created a dance floor destroyer track called “Flash” which remains in many DJʼs crates at this moment. “Flash” became a hit in the Detroit clubs first before the record had broken out internationally. Voorn has a well-known history of working with Detroitʼs techno originatorʼs including derrickmay imprint “Fragile” under yet another alias “Complex” entitled “Midi Merge”. His Stunning Album on @rushhourmusic under his own name "In My World who hit the number one favorite Album of 2016. Not to mention a full collab Album. Frequency vs @juan.cybotron.atkins in 2017 on OUTER records. In 2018 & 2019 he continues with Amazing output of music.

Juhwan You aka the sharp-scissored DJ Bowlcut is a South Korean DJ / Producer whose love for music saw him develop from an award-winning turntablist to one of Seoul’s most prominent champions of Leftfield House, minimal, Trance, and Groovy techno music.

His passion for these nascent genres in his own country has earned him a reputation of a tastemaker, weaving in deep and obscure international tracks along with material made by himself of vinyl releases and digital releases. His works are supported by DJ Haus, Josey Rebelle, S.O.N.S, DJ Moxie, Cinthie, Lis Sarroca, Erol Alkan and list goes on.

Mervv, originally from the U.S., has been a regular participant in the Shanghai techno party scene for the last two years.

Mervv is a little romantic and a little gritty. Rough but warm. Like a bear hug. Weird textures, classic drums mangled and pushed to their limits, lovely harmonies. His spirit belongs in a sweaty basement.

He's plays frequently around the country, at places like Oil, Floating Island, Elevator, 44kw, Tag, and many other small but lovely clubs.

• Bio:
Born in the 1970's in southwest Detroit, he grew up in the Hispanic district heavily influenced by his cultural latin rhythms and percussion. Encouraged from an early age by his musician father, he pursued his own interest in music and became well known and respected within the community. It was later when he heard Jeff Mills as "The Wizard" that he discovered the innovative sounds of techno. Through a mutual friend he was introduced to "Mad" Mike Banks and promptly became a member of the enigmatic Underground Resistance crew.

Soon his first opportunity came to cross the Atlantic and his speedy proficiency on the turntables wowed audiences worldwide earning him respect and notoriety within the industry as a whole. 'Knights of The Jaguar' although not Rolando's first release on UR turned perceptions of techno on their head, breaking into other genres of dance music and becoming a classic in the boxes of most DJs. Later, he and Gerald Mitchell created the label 'Los Hermanos' ('The Brothers' in Spanish). In January 2005, citing creative differences and a chance to progress, Rolando left both Underground Resistance and the Los Hermanos project. In 2014 Rolando launched his own label R3 (Roland Rocha Records) and will exclusively release his own music there.

Rolando, now a DJ for more than thirty years, continues to play internationally with a residency at the notorious and enigmatic Berlin club Berghain; as of 2016 he is also a resident at the lauded and Seminal Parisian Rex Club.

Born in Paris, Alexandre Chapellier began mixing at the age of 13, playing soul, new jack and hip hop.

After discovering the first raves, Alexandre is passionate about electronic music and begins to mix mainly after and Paris fashion shows. Optikal Groove Radio show initially started in 1999. It was created by 2 DJs, Harlem B and Soulable, who were living in Cenevole at that time, in South of France.

• 📖 -> Born in 1970 in downtown Tokyo, Moodman started his career as a DUB DJ in the late 80's. In the early 90's, he started a label and released productions from ken ishii, tatsuhiko asano, viorent onsen geisya and others. He led the dawn of Japan's IDM and deep techno/house scene. 

With his unique genre-crossing style, he has been a resident at underground clubs in Tokyo such as MILK, MANIAC LOVE, MIXROOFFICE, and LIQUIDROOM, and outdoor festivals such as FFKT (ex TAICOCLUB), FREEDOMMUNE, and RAW LIFE for about 30 years. 

Since 2010, he has been regularly broadcasting his own show "MOODOMMUNE" on DOMMUNE, a live streaming studio run by his ally Naohiro Ukawa, and has performed with many DJs and musicians from Larry Heard to Terry Riley.

• 📖 -> He is one of those DJs who combine a multitude of universes, each one more exciting than the next, whose days blend with nights, walking from the podium to the dance floor, alternating flash and strobe. He discovered the “French touch” alongside his brother in the mid-90s going from club to club curious to discover new sounds. Always more sound.

It was the sound of The Respect Party which touched him first with the beats made in New York and Chicago. Then came the Scream Parties, L’Enfer, The Folies and the beats of Detroit. More techno, more hypnotic. After his years of clubbing and photographing the parties of Paris, he started to DJ for private events always mixing his passions for fashion and nightlife.

In 2017 he joined the team of residents at Less Drama More Techno and released some house and deep & techno on Noexist, 200 DB Records, Dacusan, and LDMT Records. You can find him on the turntables across Paris at LDMT Events.

DJ Misty Penguin started life when transwoman Beatrice Wong sneaked inside the DJ booth of local underground mecca Acadana and fondled the decks. Her isolated presence as a trans person allowed her time to geek out on wide ranging genres of music. Apart from catering to the dancefloor, Misty ventured into music production with the soundtrack for her self-directed autobiographical short documentary “Goodbye Mr. B, Hello Miss B!”(2016), which has been screened in cities across the globe, and the music for her photo installation at the WMA Masters Exhibition in 2019. Misty released her debut album via Bandcamp at the start of 2023, a callback to her childhood music memories such as 80s synth pop and 90s dance rock, and will be playing a long ambient set at the 2023 Shi Fu Miz festival with Casey Anderson.

Franck Heinzmann is a passionate musicican who started DJing in 1989. He has been exposed to Jazz, Motown and Price since young and this led him to fall in love with Detroit Techno, Chicago and NYC House immediately once he discovered those music movements. He worked in multiple bars and clubs in South of France and then started to make music in 2000 with his first release signed on the popular FCOM label with a remix of one Laurent Garnier track he prepared for him. 

Soon after, he decided to make music under his alias City 2 City which Franck is still using today. Then, he released 2 maxi for Chez Damier on Balance Chicago followed by multiple other releases on Cinematic (Tevraton label) and COD3QR. 

After years, his passion for Detroit and Chicago scene is still intact with a great interest for artists such as Juan Atkins, Carl Craig, Drexciya, Moodymann, Mike Banks, Derrick May, U.R, Goldie, Jeff Mills, Claude Young, Kevin Saunderson, Ron Trent, Chez Damier, Kraftwerk, M.A.W and  Kenny Larkin.

Optikal Groove Radio show initially started in 1999. It was created by 2 DJs, Harlem B and Soulable, who were living in Cenevole at that time, in South of France.

Their refined Tracks selection is full of emotions, deepness with that urban Groove feeling which characterize their style: Soulful, Jazzy and Afro Latin vibes is what your ears will be offered. Also, they like to play with different types of rhythms: Switching from slow beats to fast and unstructured ones, they carefully pick hidden gems from back in the days as well as more Modern productions.

Bruno (Harlem B) is living in Nimes (France) while Frederic (Soulable) is based in Oslo. They will both take turn to host this 1-hour show exclusively prepared for Radio LBM.

A regular face on Hong Kong’s club circuit, Byrne has thrown parties and held residencies at venues such as Oma, Social Room, Midnight & Co. And Drop over the last decade while also making appearances at festivals the likes of Clockenflap, Sónar, Omni and Quest. 

Byrne currently holds a residency at FM Belowground, with a monthly radio show, Disco for the Damned. The show explores the darker realms of electronic dance music by showcasing guests from around the world playing EBM, Industrial and adjacent musical styles.
