It's come to that time of the year again, well a bit later, but you know what they say... Time to unleash the beast once more yet a different one it is. Still following the same thread: moving forwards whilst looking backwards, continuing the explorations and the excavations to and from Knowhere. Unexpected blends and mash-ups which will hopefully give birth to new ideas for some, inspirations for others. Well, they have for us as we can now turn this page and move on... As you might've guessed by now, this message can be seen as an announcement: a new episode, airing soon on Good Morning Tapes. So, keep your eyes peeled and enjoy what you have whilst it is still here, who knows what will happen next!

Je napsaná bizarním neonormalizačním jazykem, argumentuje zjevnými nepravdami a je průhledně manipulační, přesto je třeba brát petici Vyjádření a výzva umělců a kulturní veřejnosti k AVU, CJCH a NG vážně. Je totiž krystalickou ukázkou přemýšlení starší generace umělců, kteří jsou sice vesměs velmi úspěšní a bohatí, ale stejně mají strach z toho, že je někdo ohrožuje a bere jim jejich svobodu. Umění je pro ně stejné jako závodění v bazénu, ženy ničemu nerozumí a mladí lidé jsou indoktrinováni jakousi nebezpečnou ideologií, zatímco oni jsou prostě jen „normální“.

Petici, kterou za týden podepsalo něco málo přes dva tisíce lidí, se v novém vydání Studia Alarm věnovali Magdalena Dušková, Stanislav Biler a Karel Veselý. Je dalším varováním, že starší generace má ve společnosti své páky a když se jim něco nelíbí, nebojí se je použít z pozice autority. Je s nimi lepší mluvit, a nebo jim spíš dát najevo, že do některých věcí by neměli zasahovat? Jak se stalo, že z mladých radikálů vyrostli staří konzervativci? A co s rozložením české společnosti udělá další vychýlení populační křivky?

It was quite a long process to figure out where to record the field recordings, in the end it made sense to do it somewhere where we simply felt good and far away from our daily struggles. 

Mugel is based on sounds we collected during our escape to the south of France.

Radio Labe’s first VA compilation features 14 tracks by Czech and Italian emerging artists. The contributors were asked to create an audio track using field recordings from a specific place and attempt to capture the diverse sounds and unique energy and cultural fabric of their surroundings.

The album is a journey through underground streams, offering an unconventional perspective on club music as well as more ambient and atmospheric genres.

Mysteries of the Deep CXXV - Guy Hobsbawm

London based Ario is a practitioner of deep and inquisitive music both as a DJ and curator of his label Astral Industries. 
Although his remit falls within the deeper shades of electronic music, his overall aesthetic draws on a broader spectrum that prizes the synthesis of both instrumental and electronic disciplines. 
Depending on context, he traverses the lines and forms between the ambient and techno worlds. What is common in each, however, is his alchemic handling of rich organicism mixed with darker, more austere sounds. 
Speaking with an emotive sensitivity, there is a certain self-awareness that permeates his crafted soundscapes, which are as much drone inspired as they are psychedelic and nature-driven.
