Die feine Track-Selektorin und energiegeladene DJ aus Erfurt hat für unsere nächste Runde ihre Proggy und Acid House Scheiben ausgepackt. Seit 3 Monaten ist sie jetzt im Schallplattenfieber - lasst euch anstecken! 🌡🥵🔥

Inspiriert von der sog. »Karman-Linie«, dem wissenschaftlich definierten Übergang von der Erdatmosphäre in den Weltraum, schickt Anne Karmané den Dancefloor mit ihren Sets sprichwörtlich auf eine interstellare Reise. Das tat sie 2023 schon bei mehr als 40 Auftritten – von intimen Club-Gigs bis hin zu pulsierenden Open Airs und Festivals. Im April sogar in Paris, wo es für sie im Le 6b das erste Mal international ging.

Anne ist fester Bestandteil von Aroma+, einem bunten Kollektiv und Label aus Jena/Leipzig/Berlin und dem Nürnberger Kollektiv Hertz & Seele (Ebbe & Flutfestival.

"Viola, Rosa, Blu by Trent Voyage & Elena Moroder from the album Parasol released on Quirk.
I bought this record last year in winter and the album made me look forward to spring and summer even though it was still a long time away. All the more fitting, because I played the track in the set and think it heralds the warmer and better days. A winter depression healer. The whole record is entirely beautiful, but this track stood out."

Closing @ Renate Berlin, Red Room. 🔴 „Insanity“ ... It's not so easy to describe what this gig at the Renate felt like for me. I'll try anyway. I prepared myself by picking out a collection of tracks from my records, all of which are „Killers no Fillers" in my eyes - I deliberately didn't plan when I would play which one. I'll decide that at the moment, when the time comes. I also only decided what the first track would be in the last half hour before the gig on the dance floor while dancing to Carlo Bonanza and Lisa Luka who played a powerful b2b. Inner Lakes - Secret Fire.

I wanted to keep everyone dancing the whole time at this closing and get those who were walking past to stay. The excitement started 20 minutes beforehand. This is new since I started playing records. And I like it. On paper, this was actually my first club gig where I only wanted to play records. It's actually kind of crazy, but somehow it suits me. I love cold water and the challenge. When I got to the top, the excitement was gone - even before the first track.

Now comes the part that was actually indescribable. Indescribable because it was so beautiful. The dancefloor didn't get emptier, it got fuller and fuller, even though you weren't allowed to smoke, which is known to cause a lot of fluctuation on the floor. I was completely overwhelmed by the response and the vibe. The planned 2.5 hours turned into over 3 hours and even then it wasn't enough. My energy was used up by half past 8 in the morning, so Hausi (Daniel Hauser) took over again, who played the warm up full of old and new discotunes in the beginning). In the end he let me play a closing track - Insanity by Culture Beat. Insanity, that actually sums it up pretty well. I also had goosebumps every now and then while I was playing and had to grin because it's so amazing to be able to do that. You guys were awesome ... When I think about it now - a day and a half later - I still have to smile to myself. I had the feeling that most people enjoyed it about as much as I did and the feedback afterwards confirmed that feeling. <3 

I'm just so happy and grateful. This evening has definitely raised my personal standards for a gig and I hope for many more opportunities like this. Thank you Paul aka. Carlo Bonanza for the trust, Hausi for your support, which can always be relied on, and Lisa Luka for your Feel Good Energy. Your performances were just so great, we can be really proud of ourselves. @aroma-plus
