Five years ago, a Sao Paolo-bred friend introduced him to the bewitching concoction of syncopated rhythms, sensual melodies, and saudade-infused singing that is Brazilian Music. It is uncertain whether it was the warm and lush sounds of the music that seemed to magically make Dutch winters more bearable. Perhaps it was the sweet curvatures and melodic language, or the central role the guitar takes place in compositions. Regardless of what it was, he is grateful to have discovered this carelessly over looked corner of the music world!

The mix consists of a carefully curated collection of new, and old, Brazilian gems. It is a mix intended to cradle your summer days and cuddle up to in times of cold. Play it in the shower, play it when you are feeling sad, play it to soothe your hangover, play it whenever you feel like doing so!
