Our journey with Shuray & Walle began with a casual brunch date on Saturday morning. Their only instruction was, "Bring records, guys." As we stepped into their flat, everything suddenly made sense. We instantly lost ourselves in the music together, feeling like we had known each other for years, even though we had never met before. We spent the entire day and night talking, playing records, and vibing, completely forgetting about the planned brunch. Since then, we can look back on countless sessions like this.

So, the 10th episode of the Lotion series is truly something special for us. After being underground selectas for 10+ years, Shuray & Walle have become a cornerstone of Leipzig's house scene. It's a vibe, a feeling you get from their selection of deep, yet minimalist house music. Their driving groove, combined with warmth, soul, and a big, honest smile, just pushes the right buttons – every time! Whether you already know the deal or are just discovering them, now is the time to dive in and enjoy!

The Munich and Berlin based DJ Duo Käthe&Haes some years ago connected genuinely
only after discovering their shared love for vinyl, house music and disco, while one night
accidently ending up flowing through the city’s nightlife together. Since then they are bringing
their grooves to the dance floor. Trough ever-changing rhythms and moments of letting
loose, they create spaces of feel- good-camaraderie and musical portals to possible utopias.

Bringing their experiences back to their communities the two have also created the
TurnTableTennis event series - an open-decks night - as well as House of Gold - a special
glittery recurring club night for house music at Unter Deck. With a mix of house, UKG and
Disco Käthe&Haes will keep you on your toes dancing.
