Born in Istanbul, based in Aachen, he got introduced to electronic music during his studies in Germany. After falling in love with techno and electro, he started producing and djing. He has released music on various labels including Molekül Records, Action Replay Codes, Bogoture Records, Ovelha Trax, and Your Character.


“Even though I love producing and playing electro, I wanted to record something different this time. Lately I've been influenced by complex drum rhythms, groovy techno tracks, funny ghetto vocals and uplifting vibes. I often like to record sets where the sound evolves throughout the mix. In this one there is an evolution from drummy, breaky vibes to more trancy and techno.”

Culchee performances have been hosted in various settings, in the likes of the Maynooth Students Union, Brady’s and Wigwam (and he’s no stranger to spinning tracks at a rave either🤠). Culchee keeps things juicy, upbeat and flowing with a saucy variation of tracks from genres like electro, ghetto tech and break beats. It is important to realise the truth, and thanks to one buddy of mine turned mortal enemy, life is absurd. I wondered around Nietzche as a teen, however I never felt like belonging so much to the nihilism tag, so much as I do to the absurdist one, when I actually found out about Camus. However, I do not take things lightly, because here I am not partying and crying for all world in my soul, sharp pain that simply doesn't know what to do to help, while others pretending to be someones are there partying, while their own people get a bullet in their brain. Friends, idk what reality is this upstairs, but I don't give a shit, I'm just glad... these moments exist where I can share the most twisted darkness of my soul, and trust me, this ain't for partying. Feel the raw, feel the mercenary, feel the depths... that simply surround us, expressed in this tune where you'll learn that... you can kill or revive someone simply by your thoughts.
