This episode presents Allix and The Green Path (O Caminho Verde) sound journey. The Green Path is one of the many faces of Brazilian shamanism. Only plants are used in the process of expanding consciousness and healing. To be able to perform healing, the shaman must be able to see (and act on) at least 4 dimensions of reality. Allix is a Brazilian DJ, songwriter and event organizer focused on researching and producing electronic music since 2011. She is in charge of the Portugal-based collective label Moondance Music, and the organizer behind the MOONDANCE party since 2012 in Brazil and Portugal and is part of French label Electrik Dream. Dedicated to the study of sound frequencies, hindu and buddhist mantras, she has shared over the years mixes specially prepared for the yoga practice, meditation, sound journeys and Ecstatic Dance sessions. Her sets guide the listener gently by different landscapes that go from ethnic to psychedelic textures.

Music is a gateway. Within it there are mystic portals that can transport you to parts of this world you have never walked.

The name of the track hints at the magical possibilities music has to be gateways into different states of consciousness and into other realms entirely.
It was such a beautiful process creating this music. Like a wild dance in the forest where hidden gates kept opening and inviting me to step in to learn their secrets.

Combining my favorite elements: nature recordings, real instruments and electronic sounds, you will find in this track creaking trees, birdcalls and small running creatures, haunting flutes and kalimba in a mystic eastern scale, singing in call and response with trippy psychedelic sounds spirits and beautiful longing vocals. All driven on by a slowed down powerfull psytrance style kick&bass and groovey percussion. There is even a theremin singing in there.

This track contains many hidden gates, and you are welcome to step into them...
