Goa moon (ASTRO-D)

Yonatan Marcow, also known as BLiSS, is a voice of his own in the Psytrance culture. He always had his own thing going for the 17 years he's been creating music and performing. He's out of the box, super interesting, and very very talented. He just released a new single on Astrix's Shamanic Tales label with Volcano on Mars, which opens this mix and is a perfect example of that. The mix has some fresh unreleased music as well. Welcome to the BLiSS adventure!

Here is my Full length Closing Set at Seeds of Freedom Festival in Portugal. It was pure happiness to close this amazing festival!
Had so much fun playing to such a wonderfull psychedelic crowd,

I rarely do dj-mixes, but I just had to do this one:

65 minutes of atmospheric, melodic, hypnotic, phreaky, unsane, impulsive, euphoric goatrance.

Sound quality is important to me so the tracks are from Vinyl and CD, only one is from MP3!
I tried not to include only the usual goa "hits" from the 90's. So hopefully, you will discover
some unheard gems here. :)

I have carefully done some compression to each track and a just little bit of limiting.
This had to be done to even out the huge difference in volume levels between the tracks and
to keep the avarage sound level around the same across the mix. As you see in the waveform
it still differs somewhat, but I didn't want squeeze the cr*p out of these olden goldies.

Serendipity (oldschool goatrance dj-mix)

Dacru Records series continues with a live set from a long-time and well-known key figure of the psychedelic scene, TALAMASCA.

Talamasca is the solo project of Cedric Dassulle, who began djing under the name Lestat back in 1992. In 1996, he decided to make his own project, which saw its first releases on an Israeli label called “krembo records”, Talamasca was born. With the big success of his music, Talamasca was suddenly playing much more live acts than dj sets and began to be considered as one of the leaders of the international trance scene. In 1998 he had a hand in the creation of 3D Vision, which quickly became one of the leading psytrance labels. Later on he started his own label Mind Control Records, but after a few years he finally found his home at belgian label Dacru records.
Nowadays, Talamasca is one of the most requested live acts in all big events and festivals around the world. He has performed in almost every country thinkable that has at least a small psytrance scene.

In his discography we find an impressive list of remixes, eps, compilation releases and no less than 12 full albums!
