April Show Summary (2022)

Dear Observers, Realitybenders and Lovers, We roll back time to a sunny afternoon at the Daad festival, early august for my set at the Cooking Grove, so whoever missed the place can close their eyes and imagine it's us again back to the spot of ever green trees and ever smoking fires, good food with good people. OhmikRon started his DJ-career in the early 2000’s at Tilos Radio, Budapest. Later, he began to compose his own dubtechno music, and went on to explore ambient and dub music. He's a member of the Dubapest HiFi crew and the music group Trojka formed by Alagi, Papa and OhmikRon. DJ Papa is also a member of the Tilos Radio community and a member of Cökxpôn Ambient Society. He started his DJ career around 2008, and has been presenting the Cökxpôn Ambient show on Tilos Radio every Wednesday ever since. Alagi is a Budapest-based DJ and radio editor. As a DJ, he belongs both to Tilos Radio and Cökxpôn Ambient Society. His most played genres are trip-hop, reggae, dub, chillout, ambient and psychill. These three DJs form the Chillegal Crew. This is their New Year's Special Selection.

We warlmy welcome JOHNNY BLUE on board, presenting 'The Berry Tales', a radio series with a concept consisting of two parts: a selection of personal highlights from the latest psychill/psybass releases in the form of a showcase as part 1, followed by a mini mix as part 2. Johnny Blue comes from Cyprus, he started dj-ing in the late 90's, later with a main interest in psychill. Influenced by several music cultures, he developed a unique style by by smoothly blending sounds in colourful and sensational music journeys. In 2011 he joined Mikelabella Records where he works as A/R Manager. His first compilation "Planet Blue" was released in 2012, followed by "Blue Moon" in 2014.  A Peak Records label DJ since 2013, he's also part of the Feel Life Music roster. His VA 'Selections' for Sofa Beats Records has been released in early 2017..

Welcome to the next round fellow observers. Not so long ago, a young fella and his beautiful wife asked me on the beach of Balaton, if I would join his fresh nightclub for a monthly residency with long time DJ patner Infragandhi. We said yes, and started a sparking new night called, Museum of Modern Rituals. Always with a guest, probably with a live musician. The little but friendly club, called Ambient started its journey and we found a good cause to reach far out in the tremendously colorful world of electronic dance music, and deeper into the world, eastern, outernational, native, folktronic and abstract genres. Armin than closed the doors and started a more sunny part of his life, than suddenly sent me a mix, which i really liked. Of course we shared the same vibe in many ways, so the music we listened was no exception. Please welcome Armenian’s debut selection. First time on radiozora and to the world.
