We're on the Road to Daad 2022 and joining us for this episode is PATAJANA. As singer, conductor, cultural manager and booker, Patajana has always been surrounded by music and she plays what she loves: deep, melodic and progressive techno from hypnotic 100 to bouncy 130 bpm. Her sets are very different collages that express what’s on her mind, what tickles her soul: Classic(al) music and techno; Music to dream, to embrace the very moment, to rave, to hover. Based in Budapest, she played sets in clubs and festivals around Europe and is part of Taka Tuka Island, Taka Tunes, Sisterriot and WUT München. Besides that, she founded the allfemale electronic live act “Lilith’s Rib” together with singer/lyricist Antonia Vai and virtuoso flutist Fanni Zahár that has already caused a stir in the scene.

This Sangoma episode features a DJ set titled "The Lone Flanger" by IZZY of Sangoma Records, a New York City raised psychedelic trance DJ. After getting behind the decks in 2010, he quickly established a name for himself throughout the underground of NYC. His best known accomplishments outside of rocking dance-floors throughout the East Coast, Europe, Israel and other random shindigs in the US, were putting together top-chart hitting compilations, supporting some of the biggest acts in the global psytrance scene, and organizing a few squats of his own. His fluency with all kinds of psychedelic electronic music keeps his reputation described in one word: Versatility. With a strong lust for keeping his crowd of neo-hippies in constant suspense, his wild stage presence and spontaneous track selection remain dominant. This DJ set contains some fresh releases from the Sangoma and few other of Izzy's recent favorite dance-floor bangers.

Based in the Czech Republic and part of the FSM Tribe Crew standing behind psychadelic Tribe events. His DJ mix was recorded at his home studio, getting ready for the summer festival season, and contains some fresh and older tunes. It was a family and friends affair, a birthday party for one of my favorite Israeli friends in the world, and it was so good to dance outdoors in the sunshine again, and reconnect with my psytrance familia of Los Angeles again, after multiple pandemic interference over the last 2 years.

They asked me to headline and close the party, for the sunset. I of course said yes, and put together a set that had me, many times, dancing just as hard, behind the decks, as the party goers on the other side of the DJ table were dancing.

Offlabel is a psytrance project by Tony Vallini, born and raised in Italy. He started as a techno DJ when he was 16, and in 1995 he started as a producer. He found himself drawn into the psytrance world, already having a lot of experience as a Techno artist and party promoter. In 2018 he joined Blacklite Records. Offlabel style is a complex psychedelic with deeper basslines and acid synths together with many atmospheric elements. Offlabel - Renaissance Vision [Trancentral Mix 130]

This is a Sonica Recordings episode bringing you a release show case, GINO SONICA  is presenting all the tunes of the "Altered Genetics" compilation in a short mix he did at his little home studio in Napoli. GINO was the executive-producer and one of the founders of the very well-known Sonica Festival and also label manager of Sonica Recordings. Now a veteran about psychedelic music gatherings, he begins his active participation since 1990, immediately keen on acid-techno frequencies of that age. His dancefloor- driving experience melted with his professional know-how in event management led him to project and create Sonica Dance Festival in the year 2005, running 10 editions till last year 2018, when he decided to stop this production in order to undertake new projects out of Italy and to focus on his own music label. He founded Sonica Recordings in May 2010. Gino is currently continuing his activity as a production consultant and stage manager for the Ozora Festival manstage and collecting new bookings for the next summer shows. Gino is also currently starting new collaborations, in terms of event production and management, with other international events and new rising projects. Many further details will be publicly announced soon through the network.
