Tash has been DJing since 2000, releasing music on TribalVision, Vapour, Iboga, Echoes & more, running his own imprint, Movement Recordings (GR). This set is inspired by his last gig at the Ozorian Pumpui stage. Tune in on 9th May 2014 Friday 8pm CET on the Trance channel.

Tassos Papagiannoulis aka TASH was born & raised in Veria GR in 1984. Since his early childhood he’s been surrounded by art-forms with Music and Design to play afterwards a big role into his way of living, being involved into organizing music events & art festivals since his 13 (!) back in his hometown, and having his first experience on turntables / decks in the last ‘90s ! 

The new millennium finds him attracted by the progressive genres of Electronic Dance Music industry, and Tash starts to spin House, Progressive, Tech House and Trance vinyls getting his first residency in Mojo (Veria) where his EDM journey started in ’00, and started building a great rep regarding his special mixing skills & unique style.. A couple of years after, he meets dutch dj Stage Van H and they join forces for gigs & events in Greece, forming the DJM Productions (DJ Movement) based in Thessaloniki in ’05.. Since then, the DJM duo has been responsible for successful events in Greece presenting artists like Gabriel & Dresden, Andy Moor, Kasey Taylor, Parham & Dominic Plaza, Harry Lemon, Leama, Eelke Kleijn, Cjay, Gpal, Nikola Gala, ao.. 

Since then, Tassos has performed in major events & top clubs in countries like: United Kingdom (Ministry Of Sound / Gallery, London), Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, and Kosovo, to huge dance music festivals such as Fusion Festival 2012 (DE), Amsterdam Dance Event (NL), SeeMe (BG), Aurora Festival (GR), Butterfly Dance Festival (GR), Baracuda Openair (KS), and most recent 41N Festival (GR) organized by Movement & Fmedia, ao.. All this time he has shared the decks with top artists like: DJ Tiesto, Nick Warren, Jody Wisternoff, Quivver / John Graham, Spektre, Minilogue / Son Kite, D-Nox, Antix/Fiord, Guy J, Guy Mantzur, Sahar Z, Dousk, Cid Inc, Luis Junior, James Monro, Neelix, Vibrasphere, Atmos and Ticon, to name a few…! 

As a Producer, he’s been experiencing in his home-studio since the mid ‘00s, presenting his debut release on Greed’s swiss legendary SOG Records, with important releases to follow on labels like the infamous Baroque Records (Uk), Kasey Taylor’s Vapour Recordings (Au), Andy Moor’s AVA Recordings (UK), Presslab (It), Pure Substance (Ms), System (Us), Spherax (Sl), AlterImage (Us), Echoes (Il), Lowbit (Uk), Iboga Records (Dk), and Tribal Vision Records (Cz) – to name just a few - being a part of the TVR artist-roster alongside artists like Perfect Stranger, Brisker & Magitman, Vibrasphere, Tegma, Jaia, ao.. His first album came In late 2008, entitled ‘Movement’ alongside Stage Van H launching at the same time their own label imprint, Movement Recordings based in Thessaloniki.. The album climbed on #6 of Psyshop’s Top-Selling Charts, following the 1st label CD Compilation compiled by Tash, himself entitled ‘Technical Progress’, another release reaching the Top10 @ Psyshop Charts..! 

His productions have been receiving the support of main ‘players’ of the industry incl. Hernan Cattaneo, Sander Kleinenberg, Armin Van Buuren, Markus Schulz, Dave Seaman, Above & Beyond, Nick Warren, Jody Wisternof, and many more..! Nowadays, Tash is getting busy with label duties on Movement Recordings, alongside touring the world for gigs as also Label Nights in Greece & Movement Tours all around while he collects inspiration to sit down and work on his first solo Album CD to come up in 2014 ! @Pantomiman is George Agaronov (or Gosha for short), a Russian psytrance producer with some extra flavor on top — he is a professional comic actor who comes from a family of circus comedy performers! Early in his childhood years Gosha began playing musical instruments, performing on stage and later composing his parts for a circus band. When Gosha was a teenager he discovered electronic music and a bit later towards the late nineties Gosha discovered something that felt very natural to him — psychedelic trance. Since then Gosha has been developing and working on his own sound, partly with expert guidance from Alex Parasense. Pantomiman’s groovy bass lines and comical themes make people dance and laugh at the same time, while of course his skilful sound synthesis guarantees that a trip will be adventurous, joyful and amusing.

This is a studio set by DIGICULT in anticipation of their performance at Ozora Festival 2024. Since DigiCult was founded back in 2003, and with 5 full length albums under their belt, they have become synonymous with melodic full on psytrance. Throughout these 2 decades they stayed true to their style, deep, intelligent full-on morning, with a strong oldschool touch. Beautiful 'back to the roots' melodies fused together with ethereal female chants and ethnic instruments from the orient.

The Wanderer Above The Mists

MoDem Festival‬ in Croatia is widely considered one of the best, and most important, festivals on the psytrance calendar. It’s influence on the festival scene cannot be understated. When I started making this music, I promised myself that, before I was 30, I wanted to play on the Hive stage. Well, 5 days before my 30th birthday, I had the honour of doing just that. It did not disappoint, and it was the best dancefloor I have ever had the privilege of experiencing.

I decided early on that this was where I was going to debut my new album (forthcoming soon on Bom Shanka Music) and record the entire set. So, here it is – the full video of my set on Thursday 8th August 13:30-15:00 on the Hive.

Thank you to everyone that danced, everyone that filmed and everyone that gave me emotional support in the stress of finishing the tracks before the gig! In this next episode of Bom Shanka Music series you can listen to the freshest works that Dj Nigel is producing under the name Aardvarkk.

Aardvark is the solo psytrance project of Nigel Shiva valley, a medium-sized, burrowing nocturnal mammal with a long pig-like snout used to sniff out food. He roams over most of the southern two-thirds of the African continent, avoiding mainly rocky areas. A nocturnal feeder, he subsists on ants and termites, which he digs out of their hills using his sharp claws and powerful legs. In his spare time he writes groovy psychedelic tunes for the night time, and does all kinds of other cool shit, including this exclusive summer 2017 Radio Ozora mix, which contains music from his upcoming releases including his second solo ep which will be released later in the summer.

Kostas Daikos is the person behind the Greek project E-Mov.
His interest in electronic music production started during his student years which he spent mostly in the UK. With the experience he already had from many years of musical studies and as a performing guitar player in various bands, he started composing various styles from lounge to drum’n’bass, over ambient to psychedelic. In 2003 E-Mov was formed, aiming mostly in creating a blend of psychedelic and progressive music, largely influenced by ethnic and tribal elements. Guitars, male and female vocals and percussions were ingeniously incorporated. Since 2013 E-Mov joined Belgian label Dacru Records.

Dacru Records is a Belgian psytrance label. The label boosts a strong selection of artists, from major names with a 20 year career under the belt to younger promising talents. The rosters includes names like U-Recken, Talamasca, DigiCult, Spirit Architect, Tropical Bleyage, Bitkit, E-Mov, Electric Universe, Aquila, Overdrive, A-Tech, Transient Disorder and more. The aim is to release timeless music with a strong emphasis on the psychedelic and melodic.
Besides being a record label Dacru has also been making a name as event promoter with over 80 events since 2001, that’s a whole of a lot of experience that goes into organizing quality productions. The events have taken place all over Belgium, from The Netherlands to Germany and even in exotic places as Thailand and include big and small indoor events, open air festivals, bus trips, 11 day pop up clubs and more. Some of the party lines include Organic Dreams, Tribal Roots, After Sunrise and Nova’s Incident open air.
