For over a decade, Scott Sterling has been weaving rhythm, melody, and line as Drumspyder, exploring the Heathen and Celtic old ways in vital contemporary expressions.

He brings a deep love of rhythm to his distinctive style of percussion-driven dance music.  An expert percussionist specializing in tamborines and framedrums, he weaves together intricate hand percussion and bass-heavy production into finely sculpted grooves, equally inspirational to the dancefloor and the on-stage performer. Drawing inspiration from the Folk, Medieval, and Renaissance music of the British Islands and Europe, his music is a unique alchemy of musical  traditions, energetic tribal rhythms, and pagan atmosphere.

As a  visual artist, he is developing an intricate and elegant style of painting, ink drawing and vector design. He is inspired by Celtic Insular, Viking and Medieval Gothic styles, and brings them into the present age to illuminate themes of the Heathen and Celtic spiritual traditions.

Based in Brighton, Jae's a familiar face at psychedelic events around the UK, rocking the downtempo or alternative stages with his unique blend of styles.

Just want to express my gratitude to Agnes. The song "Familiar" is one of my favourite songs of all time. It has really helped conduit to my inner feminine and connected 
me on an emotional, somatic and spiritual level for many years. Agnes' musical works
have always been a quite visceral journey for me.
I myself being a drum and bass producer, wanted to encapsulate this feeling of 
deep sentimentality and spin it within the flow of my own creativity. My intention with
music is to create a bridge between the harder grittier aspects of certain genres 
and aggregate the softer more gentle side. Which for me means a symbiotic coalescence of masculine and feminine energies.

Coming from Manouche jazz learned in his hometown of Gaspé, a pupil to the teaching of Louis Vallée, he chose soundscaping as a life project and pursued university studies in this sense. The Australian label Kinematic Records, founded by Terrafractyl aka Hypnagog aka Felix Fractal, house his rhythmic architecture. Spatial or soft, the Koala travels on the web and around our blue planet to destinations of Australia, Mexico, United States, Panama, Canada, Quebec, and probably your ears.
