October Show Summary (2017)

This is a showcase mix of STEVE OOOD’s psytrance productions under various guises and collaborations. Steve is a founder member of the band OOOD (Iboga Records, Phantasm Records, J00f etc.). He has two solo projects at the moment- 'Banyan' ( Up Records & Phantasm Records) and 'Steve OOOD' (Phantasm Records). He is one half of 'The Weavers' with Cylon (Phantasm Records) and one half of 'Banyatti' with Psydwards ( Sofa Beats & Phantasm Techno). He has co-written/produced some of Psytrance / Goa Trance classic tracks back in the 1990's, as part of 'Rotatum' (Matsuri Records) 'Unconscious Collective' (Flying Rhino Records) and 'Pharmarama' (Wider Recordings) and has contributed to many more. He has always had a mission to create dance floor ecstasy by producing truly trance inducing music that is aimed solely at uplifting the spirit and inspiring compassionate consciousness.

Muisc Forms features GLANI, a DJ, VJ, and promoter actively involved in organizing numerous events across Poland. He is the originator of the Krakow-based electronic music initiative Synestezja, its psychedelic sister pSynestezja, and the organic downtempo/progressive event series Omnisoma, currently developed in collaboration with the Omnisoma collective.  A lover of chill—both in life and in music—his laid-back nature doesn’t stop him from turning up the pace and intensity when performing. He specializes in skillfully blending groovy, progressive, and organic ethnic sounds with elements of psytrance, house, and downtempo.  Behind the decks, he has performed at events such as LAS Festival, Uroczysko, Egodrop, Totem Festival, Psajmorki, and many other outdoor and club events, both large and small.

GROOVITY is a psytrance project by Hai Ilan Atias (aka Altered Dimension). Hai Ilan Atias grew up in 1990s Israel, immersed in the rise of psytrance. A transformative experience at Boom Festival 2016 inspired him to pursue music professionally. After studying at BPM College in Tel Aviv, he launched his first project, Altered Dimension.  His passion for sound exploration led to Groovity, a collaboration with Comet Collective. Groovity blends downtempo and dark prog with FM synths, cheeky basslines, and emotive melodies—inviting listeners on a psychedelic journey of movement, emotion, and subtle transformation. This live set features a blend of Groovity's latest releases alongside exclusive, unreleased tracks.

In Focus this time is TRABANT. In his own words: "Representing 2to6 Records, my musical journey was born in the nightclubs, forests, caves, and stone pits of the Swiss underground psy scene. This set ranges from spooky forest psy situations into a more spaceship type of deal, always with loads of weird sounds and strange atmospheres. It contains tracks that are released on my debut album and various compilations, tracks that will be released soon, as well as tracks that will probably stay locked in the depths of my hard drive for eternity." Trabant starded DJing and organizing parties in 2012, as well as his own production in 2017. When a certain virus started to go wild in 2020, he decided to take his tunes to the next level. Luckily, he was able to set up 1on1 online tutoring sessions with Electrypnose, who helped him release his album on 2to6 records in 2023. Since then, he has been trying to build some connections and has released 1 track on Excessus Records and 2 on Woo-Dog Recordings.

He has shared lineups with respected artists such as Per Hammar, Vlad Caia, Cristi Cons, DeWalta, and Olga Korol. Known for a unique style that blends timeless classics with fresh cuts, YME always gets the crowd moving. As a co-founder of the Tereda event series, he’s a driving force in the new wave of the underground scene.

Hungarian composer, musician and a great conscious mind, László Hortobágyi is bringing you a monthly showcase of his released and still unreleased treasures. Tune in on the Chill channel every first Monday of the month and tap into Horto’s philosophies through sound.

Once there were a lot of worlds on this Earth. Each of them used to have own land, language, population, border and history. Peoples and societies used to live there. Even then, they were similar to each other, but they failed to recognize it. When the borders disappeared, the looked at each other, but suddenly, the languages and the histories also disappeared. The present worlds do not have any Earthly home, they have moved to the kingdom come of the collective subconscious. There they are still living for a while, exactly so long as humans have human form and the time for transhuman cultures arrives. To fumble about in this gap of time bubble, that has been opened for a short time between the collapse and the vanishing of the borders of cultures: this is the science of Mixology burdened with Heisenberg’s paradox. Don’t forget: never before and never after.

Inspiring natural medicine with Irina.

Irina Mikhailova is a beloved spirit that colors the planes of this planet with her presence and especially through her voice, that has uplifted so many on dance floors. Because the sounds she channels call upon the secrets of the wind and the power of fire. Her voice will connect you to the earth, inviting you to dance a continuous rebirth. Her current main project of which she is a part of is Kaya Project, but she has collaborated with many other musicians like Vibrasphere and Suduaya.

Another path she elegantly strides on when she is not making music or teaching singing is natural medicine. Which means she does not turn to conventional medicine (antibiotics ) in case of illnesses.

Please welcome her like I did, for some Inspiration in our life and a reminded that turning away from conventional methods is possible.
