Shred'er Live @ MODEM 2022 - The HIVE

This Digital Shamans episode features MENTAL BUGS with a mix of the artist's debut album "Insectology", 10 tracks full of insects and completely acidic sounds, new music that will be at all festivals this year 2024. Mental Bugs is the Mexican psychedelic project created by Jair Osorio in early 2017. Jair starts his career as a DJ under the name of Mugwump, then decides to study musical production, making the perfect fusion between talent and knowledge. In 2018, After working on some tracks, he joined the Swiss label Digital Shamans Records, and released his debut EP called "Swarm Intelligence", which gained great acceptance in the dancefloors of the world, achieving international recognition. From this begins a great path of releases on different labels and in 2021 Their new EP called "Metamorfosis" came out. He is currently working on his first album called "Insectology" which will be released at the beginning of 2024. Mental Bugs gives us a new experience, full of unimaginable atmospheres, tiny beings and funny basslines that lead the mind to a pleasant journey, full of psychedelia that worth to experiment in the dancefloor.

This "Into the Wormwhole" live set by BORDERLINERS showcases the evolution of the project, diving deep into mind-melting soundscapes exploring the hidden parts of our consciousness. Great things evolve from the deep, from the deepest connections and interactions between human beings. One of those things is this new project that goes by the name Borderliners. A project born during the pandemic and a collaborative effort by LabRat - Digital Shamans Records and Inpsyde Out - Digital Shamans Records. Borderliners are smashing borders and boundaries, with the brains behind it manifesting mind melting weirdness. It is the story of an "old man" that has been mangling his brain with psytrance since the mid-nineties, alongside his protege "son" who came to him through the wires of the internet, bonded by their shared passion and love for the music, with the same amount of weirdness. BORDERLINERS | Digital Shamans Records Series EP. 7 | 09/02/2024

Digital Shamans present OLLIE with a live set that showcases his latest work including all of the tracks of his latest EP "Celestial Redemption". Ollie is the project of Sami SAWME, a psytrance artist and a sound designer from Damascus, Syria. His curiosity for electronic music was sparked in 2011 and since he got into experimenting with synthesizers, discovering the vast sonic possibilities they offered. Slowly, Sami developed a distinct sound identity influenced by his origins, his classical musical studies and endless hours of experimenting with synthesizers and since 2020 he has been sharing his knowledge with a growing community on his YouTube channel, where he shares psychedelic production & sound design tutorials and preset packs. In 2023 Sami signed his project Ollie to Digital Shamans Records and he’s currently preparing a debut EP called "Celestial Redemption" to be released in 2024.

OLLIE | Digital Shamans Series EP. 8 | 13/04/2024

This is a recording of KIBA's set at the 28th Antaris Project. Having her first experiences with the Psytrance culture at the young age of 15, Hamburg- and Schwerin-based DJane KiBa was so fascinated and blown away by the music and vibe that her path became clear: DJing!  She began spinning records in 2005, quickly finding her unique sound within the Psytrance kaleidoscope. This was proven correct a year later, as bookings started coming in from across Northern Germany—a clear reflection of her distinctive approach to sound.  Her style can be described as rough, stomping, and intense, blending Twisted Twilight and psychedelic forest elements, perfectly mirroring her own character: full power! The abbreviation KiBa stands for Kick & Bass (which typically stomp at 150 BPM) but also refers to the German words 'Kirsch Banane' (Cherry Banana).

This is a live set from INPSYDE OUT, showcasing some of his most recent work, featuring nine unreleased tracks and only two released ones, all created in 2023 and 2024. This fresh podcast is a wild, mind-melting ride through Inpsyde Out's creative output. Constantin, aka Inpsyde Out, was born and raised in northern Germany, near the Danish border. He discovered Psytrance at 16 during his skateboarding days, instantly falling in love with the music, people, and vibe after attending his first party.  After a long break from music, he began producing ambient and cinematic tracks in 2016 without taking it too seriously. By 2018, he felt it was time to return to Psytrance, and Inpsyde Out was born.  In late 2021, just before Christmas, Nico (Z3nkai), head of Digital Shamans Records, reached out, leading to Inpsyde Out signing with the label. Since then, he has released music on several labels, including two EPs with Digital Shamans Records, and performed live sets worldwide.

Bruno, better known as Vibetech, is a psytrance DJ from Portugal, now based in UK. As the co-host of Satori Psytrance events, he has become a driving force in the local psytrance scene, creating unforgettable events that celebrate unity through music. In 2023, Vibetech joined Digital Shamans Records, cementing his role within the global psytrance community. With a rich history in the genre and an unwavering passion, Vibetech continues to deliver powerful, immersive sets that resonate with audiences everywhere.

In 2013, in the highest village on a mountain in the Swiss Alps, a project was born. Having been attending and organising parties for his entire adult life, Nico Z3nkai decided to help his friends, help the music he loves and use his many contacts to create a family of musicians that became what is known today as DIGITAL SHAMANS RECORDS.

It was not long before Z3nkai compiled the first release and made a huge first impression for the label. This CD, Altered Gravity, showed off the fresh talent on the label as well as established international artists that supported and loved what the label was doing.

Their sound quickly spread with many artists seeking to be released on the label, Did playing their music at the biggest events and promoters booking them all over the world including USA, Brazil, Canada, New Caledonia and India to name a few.

Today, having released 4 CDs and numerous EPs and playing at the worlds events, they bring a heavy line-up of live acts and DJs to rock any party with complicated, detailed, full power psychedelic dance music and are quickly making a name for themselves as the label to watch!
