Intropin, signed to Soundblasting Records, is the self-taught psychedelic trance project by Jay-Cee Hechter, born and raised in Jeffrey's Bay, South Africa. 

I discovered Psytrance music in 2006 through "Naked Tourist," signed to Parvati Records, which made me fall in love with the sounds and basslines of the genre. It has since become my full-time passion.

My goal is to inject the dance floor with hypnotizing rhythms and mind-bending psychedelic sounds, featuring bass that resonates all the way to your soul. I'm also well-known for the high quality of my track selection, unique mixing style, and ability to read the crowd. As Intropin, my main role is to effortlessly take the audience on a psychedelic roller coaster filled with happiness and smiles.

Originally starting out in the progressive direction, he has now evolved his sound into the energetic twilight phase that he is passionate about.

Here is the first set of mine for the new year ... its one hour recorded from a 3 hour set i played in January for SHIVAMOON at a Sangoma night on the legendary Koh Phangan island in Thailand. The last time i went was in 2003 so lots has changed but the spirit remained the same - although it is not as open anymore and one has to look a bit closer. Unfortunately my recorder didnt have more space to record the whole set ... anyway this should be a glimpse of foresty nighttime music ... Looking forward to be back back in Thailand soon.

All the rest of your daily time we kindly ask from everyone to be conscious, disciplined and caring for one another and exercise the general guidelines active in your respective areas.

In 2013/2014, He got in touch with the world of Trance music and after taking part in some parties, he fell in love with it, giving him the opportunity to develop as a person and soul. Now Slideॐ plays around the world and after a European, Mexican & Brazilian Tour, He teaches guitar in his studio and produces Psytrance with some funky/jazz/blues influences, ready to shake you with his brand new sound!!
