This episode features UNEXPECTED and his "Intergalactic Journey"-titled live set with tracks from old and new EPs, plus some unreleased tracks. Tiago Matos aka DJ Slash aka Unexpected is one of The Cable Guys, a producer and DJ, with a degree in Electronic Music and Music Production in E.S.A.R.T. At the end of the 90 s after some band experiences in Metal, he discovers Psytrance, something completely new and very interesting that changes the way he sees and feels music. In 2001 DJ Slash is born as a project which extends from Psytrance to Minimal. In 2006 production starts in partnership with Neurotronik, the full-on project Twisted Trolls. In 2012 he starts representing Woorpz Records and in this same year, he starts his solo live-act project called Unexpected, a night full-on project, mixing good and sharp rhythms with mysterious melodies, already counting with some releases on Woorpz. In 2013 DJ Slash is invited to work in Switzerland on a ski station playing on Courage Club every night until 2015. In the summer of 2015 DJ Slash releases his first compilation album on Woorpz Rec called "Rendez-Vous". In 2016 Unexpected decides to change his music to psychedelic full-on and also starts a new project with his friend Alex Rodrigues called "The Cable Guys". In 2017 both projects were invited to represent Reversible Rec. In 2019 Unexpected released his first EP called "The Trigger" and in 2022 the second "Schumann Resonance" both on Reversible Rec.
