Hunting The Green Tiger

Star Gazing (cleaner version, not used in film)

This track was written and recorded for the movie 'Frisky'. It's a hilarious allegory to life in SF through the eyes of two "bumbling" protagonists, and their trials and tribulations that ensue as the film unfolds. I had a great time working with these gals and guys.  I love the placement of the song and even shed a tear the first time I saw how it was used. I'm glad to have been a part of it. Greg Teele plays Tamborine on this recording.

Imagine you're there. The Scarab beetle was used by the Egyptians in order to depict another likeness of the Sun God Ra; Khepri. Usually, a man with a scarab beetle for a head.. the analogy lies in the act of dung beetles rolling up balls of filth, akin to one who would perceivably be rolling the sun across the heavens. (to some) Khepri is: the god of creation, the movement of the sun, and rebirth.
