the blessing you hear at the beginning is a version of the jewish friday night blessing traditionally given by parents to their children. 

the translation is:
may god bless you and watch over you. 
may god shine a face toward you and show favor.
may god be favorably disposed toward you, and may god grant you peace.

the blessing you hear at the end is Ta singing Asher Bara at cousin Esty's wedding, it is family tradition that he sings this blessing under the chupa.
