The ode to the mathematical and technological age, ‘Primary Code’ is essentially a harmonization of the darker elements which exist in the realms of sound; organic, digital, and analog. 
‘Identity’ punches through sound systems with a tantalizing energy, kept consistent from the first until the last note of this ghostly track. With a powerful arrangement, Binaryh showcases a vivifying bass line accompanied by splashes of eminence through a complexity of synthesized sounds.
‘Encode’ sheds light on the devastating beauty within darkness. Evocative and emotive, the never-ending climax of Binaryh’s productions seeps deep into this creation particularly. Siren-like synths lead way to an ever-increasing attachment to the rhythms and melodies, in an almost addictive way.

K.A.L.I.L. returns to Sprout after making a fuss with labels like Electric Ballroom, and teams up with Spuri to deliver 3 fine tracks.

Kicking off with Belarus, this cool bassline led gem gently unfurls its dirtiness, as it intensifies, but also brightens at the same time as the melodic layers intersperse before the vocal lands to create all kinds of havoc, just before the bass slams back in to knock your socks off.

Aranda is next, and keep a similar vibe, but dubbier and tougher and this number grabs you by the scruff of your neck and throws you around the dancefloor, as mad synths and fx intersperse.

Petra rounds of the EP ,a dn has a nice bright arp sound gracing the moody bassline, before a big synth line takes us to a bit of a moment for the dancefloor!

A damn fine EP.

Vomvo is back with a cinematic story by the Danish artist Pete Oak. He is definitely one of the men to follow this year. Pete presents an amazing selection of pure electronic sounds giving his personal touch and offering his own soundtrack. Vomvo is a conceptual album created by Sincopat that gives a different artist every year the chance to orchestrate a personal vision of his sound. Darlyn Vlys was the first one to develop this concept and AFFKT continued last year with another stunning collection. In 2007, we have Pete Oak as the leader, so let's enjoy the journey: "For this VOMVO I wanted to create a dark, melancholic and emotional mood. I’m a big fan of the dark aspect of house music. For me it brings out a lot of emotions and joy - it pulls me into a small universe with no worries, no hate, no pain and no Donald Trumps - only love”. “All the music is handpicked from producers that I have worked with in one-way or another. Big and small artists - all of whom got something unique to bring to the table. I’m really thrilled and proud with the result.
