Contempt is more than just a melodic techno/progressive house track, it's a piece of my heart. It reflects the struggles I've faced from folks who didn't quite take me seriously in my 9-year music journey. Yeah, it's been a long ride, but all those ups and downs helped shape my sound. I've got my DJ name, Kennovation, for a reason - I like to shake things up. So, I decided to use AI to handle some of the nitty-gritty production stuff. This let me dive deep into the emotional core of the track, making it more soulful, more 'me'. Contempt is a big step in my journey, and I think it's got a bit of the future in it - a cool blend of raw human emotion and tech.

The philosophy of Grigoré's music is simple: music for body and soul, implemented through exciting and penetrating atmospheres, driven by splashy and driving parts of analog synthesizers. In a new EP titled 'Instinct Power' forthcoming on label boss Fehrplay's TENET recordings, Grigoré continues to showcase why the rising gem of a producer is making quite the impact within the melodic techno scene.

The title track 'Instinct Power' combines hypnotising vocal cuts, pulsing rolling bass and delicately developed melodies with an overall dark aesthetic splicing the fine lines between deep, dark and beautiful. 'Odysseus Meets Neo' takes things a little lighter and more groove focused with rememberable repeating word 'release', assisting in the inducing of trance like conscious states that Grigoré can create so seamlessly for the dance floor.
