Mid Feburary already and things don't seem to slow down here, at elrow Music's HQs, with yet another banger for this carnivalesque month. This time, our partner in crime is UKs Dale Howard, who delivers this 'Alfagarth EP', a four tracker with two originals and two crushing remixes by Eli Brown and the team formed by Luca Donzelli & Mar-T.

The EP opens up with the track naming it, 'Alfagarth (Original Mix)', a song with a strong and loose percussion, with wooden touches, a reassuring hip-hopish female vocal and a great set of atmospheric FX, making this a perfect track for any moment on the floor.

Then we have 'Alfagarth (Eli Brown Remix)', in which Eli Brown turns the original into a tighter affair, maintaining the steadiness of the vocal line, adding some proper FX trickery and looping treatment for some added dancefloor madness.

After it, we find 'Turn It Louder (Original Mix)', a track that starts with a quieter rhythm, but that breaks into full energy turning into a real banger, with a pretty good vocal line that fills the floor with energy and that telephone effect that will drag the attention of the crowd for sure.

And finally, closing the EP we have Luca Donzelli and Mar-T's take of 'Turn It Louder (Luca Donzelli & Mar-T remix), in which the pair manages to turn the track into a complete different beast, with a much more aggressive dancefloor progression, stronger percussion, taking the vocals into the back of the track, adding some atmosphere and infusing it with a 90s kind of vibe that will draw any crowd mad, specially thanks to that classic sample that will tear up the floor apart.

Moon Harbour’s much loved Inhouse series is back with another bumper edition of beats. The second third of the compilation is taken care of firstly by German studio wizard SmashTV, who sinks you deep into his warm and late-night house cut ‘Destruction’ which has perfectly seductive vocals catching your attention. Vangelis Kostoxenakis’ ‘I Think You’re Freaky’ ups the ante with a driving bass and drums combo that comes with haunting pads and metallic hits that are designed to make a big impact in the club. The Ibiza based Miane follows up her excellent Control EP on the label with another big track, ‘Put It In Motion’ that has a turbocharged bassline and classic vocal samples that are set to become anthemic once more this summer.

Raffa’s tracks have been played all over the world, from Mexico’s BPM festival and to the Rebel Rave in Peru and Sankeys Ibiza and They have gained support from many different and well respected DJ’s, including Droog, Russ Yallop, Sidney Charles, Matthias Tanzmann, Hector Couto, Cuartero and many more. 

As well as his tracks, Raffa the man himself has also been touring the globe like Uk, Russia, BPM Mexico, WMC Miami, Denmark, Spain, as well as regularly playing gigs in various, well respected clubs in Italy. 

As well as all of his performances, Raffa FL also has more production releases planned for this year on label such as LEFTWING & KODY’s Lost Records, Hector Couto’s Roush, Avotre's Santè and Sidney Charles, Cuartero’s Sanity Records, Mark Knight’s Toolroom Records just to name a few.
