Such a blessing to release my 2nd EP with the help of some incredibly talented people: 2ndSam, Vooo, Christian Kale, Suzette Chaumette (my aunt), and Sebastian Jameson-Ellsmore. I wanna give a HUGE s/o to my engineer Marcel Quiroz & all the work he put in to making this project what it is today.

The project focuses on breaking old habits, narratives, and versions of ourselves in order to build stronger ones and I think it represents how I’ve tried to manifest my self-reflection time in quarantine, shortcomings and all. I wrote & recorded the entire album in my bedroom at my grandma’s house between cups of coffee and walks around my old neighborhood, and Marcel and I spent the next couple of months bringing you the final versions available now.
I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to share my art with others, allowing me to express things that I otherwise might not get to share. Music has been very personal for me through much of my life, and sharing it has not always been easy—especially when it comes from a place of honesty and weakness I’m not always comfortable exposing. As I’m learning to air my vulnerabilities, I’m thankful to have them received with such kindness, love, and solidarity. Thanks for your time. Please check it out and share your thoughts ☁️
