On May 21, 2015, I was fortunate enough to sit down with the great Ozric Tentacles during a rare day off on the European leg of their 2015 Tour. The primary focus of the interview is the band's new album, Technicians of the Sacred, and their upcoming U.S. tour dates, but we touched on many other items as well.

Memphis bred, but influenced by a few years living in Madison, WI and visiting Chicago, Minneapolis, and Milwaukee to experience the wonders of the rave scene, I am a DJ/Producer/Guitarist attempting to break into the Memphis music scene. My rave influences include Tiesto, ATB, Armin Van Buuren, Infected Mushroom, and Above & Beyond. My musical production influences include Chuck Love, Fred Everything, Kinky Movement, and Oriental Funk Stew. In my years of being on the audience side of the rave scene, I have experienced some of the most wonderful feelings of unity and bliss on many dancefloors. All that I want is for others to feel the same way that I have felt (and continue to feel) on dancefloors around the world. Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far!
