Born in North Charleston, South Carolina-Chucktown South Catalack. Raised in the urban warzone of the Geechie region-the "Macon" Rah honed the skills of a modern day Billy the Kid. Growing up in destructive environment and neglectful household and group homes induced trauma that left Rah to be arrested and institutionalized the majority of his teen years. After catching a gun charge, Rah was kicked out of his foster home and was sent to a group home. Once in a group home, Rah began writing poems such as haikus to ease his pain but after seeing some of his friends went from selling to rapping, Rah put down the trap and started rapping. Rah accredits his rap style to Chicago and Midwest rappers (Do or Die, Twista, and Bone Thug N Harmony)even though his raspy, brass and double time rhymes sometimes mirror rappers in the South.
