Sonlight

في قصر قرطبة حيث تغني النوافير،
والليل يلبس الذهب كخاتم حرير،
جلس الخليفة، هادئًا، في ضياء،
شاعرٌ في قوة، وسيفٌ في الخفاء.

جاء السفير بكبرياء الحديد،
من أرض الشمال حيث الريح الشديد،
رأى البهاء، وشمَّ المسك،
وانتظر الكلمات أن تكون طعنًا وسُخط.

لكن الخليفة ابتسم، ورفع اليد،
فدخل صقرٌ من أرضٍ بعيدةٍ جَدّ.
أبيض كالثلج، ساكنٌ وسليم—
لا يقوده جوع، ولا رغبة في النعيم.

قال: "هذا الطائر لا أروّضه،
بل أبقيه قربي كي أُدرّسه:
أن القوة لا تَعلو على النعمة،
وأن الحكمة تربح المعركة."

لم تُشعل حرب، ولا قيل وعيد—
بل عودٌ وصمت، وظلٌ فريد.

فانحنى السفير، مترددًا، لكنه أدرك—
أن القوة الحقة تُقال حين لا يُنطق.

En la cort de Qurtuba, canta la fontana,
e la nueit leva oro, como en velo de seda sana.
El califa stava, quedo, llum en la vestidura,
un poeta con poder, filo escondido en dulzura.

Vino l’envïado con pecho de fierro,
de tierras frías, donde sopla el bierro.
Vio la hermosura, olió almizcle fin,
esperó palabras como cuchillo sin fin.

Mas el califa, sorriso le dio,
levantó la mano — el falcón voló.
Blanco como nieve, quieto, sin voz,
non por hambre ni gana va tras los gamos de nos.

“Este paxaro, yo no lo domo,
lo tengo cerca pa’ mostrar el modo:
que fuerza sin gracia es viento que pasa,
mas sabiduría, ella siempre abraza.”

No guerra se fizo, ni amenaza sonó—
solo oud, e sombra, que despacio cayó.

E l’envïado, dubdoso, inclinó su frente:
verdadera fuerza, es la que calla, presente.

El Falcón

”’Roka Yo Samay’ is about leaving the past behind and striving for a new beginning, a new life full of aspirations and dreams.” The genre of songs is double-faced, and the band has worked hard to portray them for various types of listeners. The songs mostly about the realities of life, the album has five ballads, followed by another six freestyle experimental songs. While the ballads, doubtless, are better heard on acoustics rather than anything else, the songs have their own taste and story behind them. The album was recorded and  produced by Psalms Studio and Grunge Studio.
