"Return To Forever" wholeheartedly believes that we live in an era where music taste is constantly evolving. There’s a growing desire for iconic sounds and infectious beats that previously defined electronic music. By blending this music from the past, Return To Forever aims to capture the timeless appeal of the 80s and 90s, infusing it with modern production techniques and fresh approaches to create exciting new sounds. This fusion opens up exciting possibilities for experimentation and the evolution of electronic music, fueled by nostalgia. By bridging the gap between past and present, this label is a platform for established artists and emerging talents to showcase their creativity and contribute in the ongoing evolution of electronic music.

This 10-track compilation is the result of our strong beliefs. We start the journey guided by the cosmic synths of emerging artist Galope Messier, who perfectly captures that 80s vibe. Then label boss Miguel de Bois takes the lead with a high-energy Euro Dance Trance track. We also dive into the darker side of the 80s and 90s synthesizers with three mind-blowing EBM tracks by Arvin T, Alen Skanner, and TAPIIA. Return To Forever is all about bringing back that old-school nostalgia, and Doctr and Mundo D nailed it with their incredible italo disco tracks that are bursting with energy, guaranteed to set the dance floor on fire. And let's not forget the fast-paced side of electronic dance music, where Vitaline, Mahkina, and Umvral deliver eclectic, energetic, and powerful tracks that will keep you moving.

A long term affair with the label finally leads to Vasconcellos’ debut on Inner Shah Recordings. The Brazilian artist unveils Italo Metálico EP, as a sweaty homage to the Italian Disco classics with a modern twist.

“Italo Metálico” features classical 80s elements, mixed with a robotized vocal, and a pinch of distortion and analog warmth. “Acid Dream” sets the tempo higher, with an energetic approach aimed at the dancefloors. This iconic B-side is driven by an infectious bassline and dreamy synths, that complement the opening track with more energy.

Although the originals were already secret club weapons, the EP becomes even more special with participations of Bizzarro Universe and Mike Sacchetti on remix duties. The Hamburg duo Bizzarro Universe brings in their infusion of Italo Trance with Eurodance, in a fun and chaotic approach, whereas Mike Sacchetti brings in a nostalgic club-driven touch.

Lavion, french producer and DJ based in Hossegor, makes his debut on Ulla Records with his EP “Decorporation” !

A true old school synthesizers and drum machines aficionado, and a multi skilled musician with years of solo and band experiences, he has built himself his own synth space station where he can craft his hypnotizing and driving tunes. 

With this EP, built around the concepts of life, death and the afterlife, he wanted to explore themes that go behind our grasp of reality, such as cosmos, frequencies and energies, traveling endlessly through space and time, and how they’re all linked to our own existences. 

These meditations take the shape of five italo, EBM, and trance infused tracks, finely balancing euphoria and nostalgia, wandering from thrilling and colourfull bits to dreamy and melancholic atmospheres.

Far from Sweely's original minimal-acid-house signature, I have worked on some italo-trance-rave hybrid, and, as you may have noticed, subtlety has never been my forte.
I've been influenced a lot by the great Kendal (among others), but also early Trance from the 90's which has been my 'guilty pleasure' lately. See for yourself!

Très loin de l'aspect minimal acid house de l'original, j'ai opté pour un hybride italo-trance-rave (appelez cette chimère comme vous le voulez) et comme vous l'aurez remarqué, je ne fais pas dans la dentelle ou la subtilité. 
Quant à mes influences, on peut citer le génial @kendal3000 (entre autres) ou encore la trance des années 'nonante' qui est dernièrement mon guilty pleasure. Jugez par vous même.
