Sonically cradling you with deep and honest 80's emotions, swedish producer Johan Bengtsson's alter ego, Mitch Murder creates addictive retro synth masterpieces. As the story goes Mitch is an overworked Wall Street I.T. from the 80's who dreams at night other realities for himself. These are the soundtrack to his dreams. The first offering, "The Touch" is the retro-futuristic anthem of a peaceful world that's just uprisen from it's dark chaotic post apocalyptical past. Straddling the line of french touch, 80's soundtrack and robot disco band music it seamlessly carves out it's own sound space. Overwhelmingly emotional and uplifting it has one of the most triumphant guitar synth solos you'll ever hear.

If by the first note of "Race Day," a vision of futuristic indy cars whizzing past a waving checkered flag doesn't enter your brain there's something wrong with you.  This is definitely the music of an animated raceway, quite possibly a contender to be the title screen music to a Wave Race 64 sequel. Either way this track is wavy on a whole other level.

If that's not enough for you, we have assembled two astounding remixes for your pleasure. French Touch icon, LIFELIKE blesses us with a slow burning seven minute minimal masterpiece that only he could pull off. LIFELIKE's remix is then followed up by Mitch's good friend Nite Sprite, who initiates an Electro Funk meets Sugar Hill in Space groove track. This is the type of song that space station window washers turn way up on their walkmans while on the job.

With already 2 album's and 6 EP's behind him, Mitch Murder is a veteran when it comes to creating surreal retro audio canvas' and we can't wait to hear more.

Mackan's Black Martian comes from the realms of EBM. A bit rough on the edges but still very melodic. A new generation calls it Italo Body Music. An older generation would simply label it Trance.

We prefer not to use labels, but we want you to get an idea of what you’re going to get when you enter the musical universe of Mundo D.

Alen Skanner provides us with an additional interpretation of our Black Martian. Familiar but yet still very different. He may still come from the realms of EBM but as we travel further the story unfolds somewhat differently. It appears that parallel universes do exist.

Miguel de Bois however does not appear to be from a parallel universe but instead he appears to be from the future. Just as time can be sped up or slowed down, our remixer seems to be travelling at light speed. High-octane Hi-NRG!

On Polari 019 , Cormac welcomes Jordan Nocturne to his imprint Polari: Dolly EP Drops Digitally on October 27th. The iconic imprint is set to unleash a three-track playful force.

“I first encountered Cormac about 15 years ago when I was a resident at an after-hours queer party called Yello and he was a regular guest. Many years later we bonded over high energy house and disco. I thought it was a nice touch to pay homage to those times, and there's another tip of the hat to Belfast party starters Ponyhawke who have carried the mantle for diverse and inclusive dancefloors in Belfast here in 2023.  The lead track is a collaboration with a Ukrainian artist, Ready in LED and it had Polari written all over it. Olya is a superstar and I’m very excited to be working with her.”

Ready in LED who has recently released on Polari herself, has made a stellar contribution to Jordan‘s forthcoming EP, she lends her extraordinary vocal prowess to the opening track, "Over & Over," infusing it with captivating strength.
