Together, this creates a composition in his head, which he transfers to the canvas of his musical projects.

ILKA is an industrial techno producer/DJ. Drawing inspiration from dystopian movies, she has developed an eerie, haunting and dark sound. Having started with music since she was 6 years old, ILKA has a broad background in different music genres. She is now and alumni at the Conservatory of Amsterdam and she has releases on labels such as Sacred Court and Sub Terra Trax.

In her tracks, she combines raw, hard-hitting drums with dreamy, unsettling melodies. In her sets she always sets a dark atmosphere. She likes to take the audience on a journey by developing a story in her set.

Observatory is an underground based techno collective. Our vision is to navigate the elusive terrain of underground raving while extending a warm embrace to all who seek to join their musical journey. Observatory is more than just a community; it's a living, breathing testament to the unifying power of techno. 
We are a worldwide community, music label and event organisation.

To set an image of the music that we want to promote, we have started the OBSERVATION mix series, which is shared on this Soundcloud page. 

With our label we curate different Various Artist albums. Here we share the talent from producers around the world.

Our story is a testament to the power of music to bridge divides, to connect souls, and to lead the way into the intoxicating darkness of the underground, right here, right now.
