The little girl in the boat is my mother! Together with her sister Dita. Long before World War II Ursel was so often in Kudippen, a small village in East Prussia. 1927-1930 as a small child during the holidays. She was so happy there! On the deathbed she told it to me! This dream of the summers in Kudippen! She died dreaming peacefully May 2011.  For me, her soul has found peace in Kudippen.
