I wrote and released this single to help raise funds and support the cleaning of our oceans and to remind us that, although change is the most fundamental nature of existence, we can learn, respond and interact with that change with compassion, wisdom and love. 
All proceeds from the sale and streaming of this track will go to The Ocean Clean Up indefinitely.

This the first track on my album Hold on to the rhythm. The album is very varied in its influences. I play write and record everything. I record at home and have gigged for many years around the U.K. on my own and with my band Rainy and The Dust including Glastonbury. I won a songwriting competion in P.R.S. magazine. I am close friends with NayfeSJ ( Chailo sim, Valleyers ) and recorded, performed and produced his first album ' all about the lessons. I am about to record my new album, once I have got passed having a spinal operation at the end of November.
