Hukam #11 Of 52 - When Undertaking Any Task, First Perform A Humble Supplication

In the twelfth quality of a listener, Harman Singh explains why we should stay away from those who are opposed to or are against our Guru. 

This video is part of a 28 part series on the ideal 14 qualities that a Srota (listener) and 14 qualities that a Bakta (speaker) should adopt, so that both the speaker and listener(s) can best absorb Katha (discourse) and experience Naam (connection to the Divine) through it. 

These qualities are taught by Guru Hargobind Sahib (Sixth Sikh Guru), which are written by Kavi Santokh Singh and are also mentioned in Gur Bilas Paatshaahi 6. With Guru Ji’s Kirpa (Grace), we can learn and adopt these qualities in our life, whether if it as a listener of Katha, or if we are Parchariks or aspiring Parchariks (educators).
