I had an absolute blast playing, and I can officially check “DJ a roller rink” off the bucket list.

8ball - Bottlerock 2025 - Roller Rink Rick Roll

This set has been in development for a long time. Originally arranged for 2024 campout season, it was shelved for nearly a year. More tracks were acquired and integrated in 2025, abd a bunch that were originally in didn't make the final cut. I've been taking some time off from DJing while learning to play guitar and pursue other creative outlets, but I felt the inspiration to dust off the decks and finally get this set finished. Straight from Oakland

I was the 2nd DJ for the night on the main stage Friday and had and absolute blast with a killer sound system and amazing visuals.  It was a great weekend and I am super grateful to be able to be a part of it.  For this set I wanted some crazy energy but wanted to let the tracks breathe so the floor would fill but not be burned out by the time the headliners came on.  Also a mix of harder darker stuff and some fun bouncy stuff with familiar vocals.

Hello all! Dancing Mandy and I are pleased to finally release our live recording of our tag team set at unSCruz 2025, Saturday night on the Luna Stage! Since we were slotted to play the closing set we decided to go ALL OUT and bang it out with some odes to the late night after hours that a lot of us grew up in. We decided to keep it spicy and play 1x1 (as in, we each played only 1 song at a time) which was a lot of fun because it gave us more opportunities to dig through our digital Rolex and find a suitable track to mix into the last one.

Kotton is part of the magical community of fun-making called Decadent Oasis. You might know them as the LED tree people at Burning Man. They do their best to make Bay Area fun on a regular basis.
