In a year that saw us not really feel fitting to release music or even put on parties for obvious reasons. We focused a lot on our podcasts and seeing off 2021 in style is DJ Void.

He has seen stellar releases on binary sounds and more recently a killer e.p is set to drop on our good friends over at magic carpet. The mix itself is certain to help shake off a Christmas pudding or two.

Ladies and gents, podcast alert by the Parisian favorite kid @Poggio. The intro speaks volume about the entire vibe of these 1h15m56s of tunes : vintage radio transmissions, cyborg gibberish captured on a pirate transistor. Imagine if the Robots from Isaac Asimov’s novel were dancing - but they got hacked by a funk musician. The first half of the mix is on the gentler side of retro-futurism, with joyful synthesizers and the clear intention to have fun. But then, the machines gets angry. “Something is broken, please consult”, says the robot girl. Poggio is positive : robots can’t always be happy.
