Celebrating 25 years of underground music in the NY City Techno-House scene.  The most underrated DJ in New York.  No big venues, no fame, no worries, only the best content. Rally was a NY City DJ, played small lounges like Nativa, Abaya, Karavas Tavern, and private parties.
