0812 is a Ralp's retrospective, a selection of 14 songs created since 2008 until 2012. All sounds are 100% electronic and have been completely created from zero with hardware and software, no samples have been used, no synthesizer presets, no pirate software.
Composed, produced, edited, mastered and designed by Ralp.

Hardware used: Elektron Monomachine SFX60 MKII, Elektron Machinedrum SPS-1UW+ MKII, Yamaha TX-7.
Software used to create the sounds: Pure Data, U-He Zebra, Ableton Operator.

Ultra Vision

My name is Raül Peix, I live in Barcelona and Ralp is my moniker. I consider myself a technology enthusiast, from retro to modern, I love synthesizers, analog and digital, and I like electronics, glitch, sci-fi, programming, and DIY culture.
In my spare time I make experimental electronic music, produced with hardware and software, I use 8 Bit systems such as the Game Boy and I like to build and modify my own machines. I collect Game Boys and other machines and actually pretty much any device that crosses my path.
I'm currently working as part of a design, motion graphics and sound design studio called Device, and among other projects I'm co-directing an 8 Bit and Circuit Bending Net Label called Lowtoy, and an 8 Bit audiovisual collective called Distortled Box.
