Playboy Prop sounds like smooth after the worst day of your life! It's refreshing yet misunderstood to say the least. Prop has spent years in crafting a sound that meshes and matches with him as a creator, but also as an individual & lover of good music.
Playboy Prop is an artist. Before his dreams of one day becoming the next voice of youth, Andrew "Prop" Harewood knew that his heart was in art. Music was always a part of Prop's life while growing up, however, to an extent. Growing up in a strict christian caribbean household, Prop was not allowed to even listen to rap music - let alone become one. However, in growing up and moving back and forth between the Philadelphia area and the DMV, lyricism became his first (and only) love. Poetry was the door. Playboy became a lover of words while being away from home for the last two years of his High School experience, while attending Pine Forge Academy, located in Pine Forge, PA. After moving to Huntsville, AL while attending Oakwood University, music became life! After years of homing in on proper "slam etiquette" Prop's knowledge of poetry & spoken word made him a force to be dealt with in the Hip-Hop/Rap genre. With the launch of FreeThought Inc. & the development of FreeThoughtMusicGroup Inc. Playboy Prop wears multiple hats when it comes to his music. Playboy has never been signed & continues to not only engineer and publish his own work, but the work of fellow "Free-Arstist" such as JStock, Maine & Eazy-Ev
