I was honored to be invited to one of the special ceremonies for authentic Laznia sessions and Draniki servings at my friends’ Mara Camp.

It was my pleasure to play in front of a couple of dozen fellow Burners, who enjoyed eating Draniki and Laznia that day.

Additionally, I decided to publish my live sets as they are. Not all of them are perfect or without mistakes. I want to be honest and include even my mistakes to motivate others to try as well :)

Burning Man 2025 didn’t start the way we hoped… fierce sandstorms tore through the playa, destroying camps multiple times, and the Orgy Dome—the heart of so many magical nights—couldn’t open. The night we imagined, with multiple sets and a very special vibe, had to wait.

Sister Sledge - Thinking Of You  (Dimitri From Paris Remix) (Snippet)

This is my 6th CHIC Organization remix that will be available as a bonus (digital & vinyl) to the upcoming 4 x CD boxset. The original version was part of french iconic pop singer Sheila's King Of The World album that CHIC produced in 1980. It was the follow up to the cult Spacer single. When the original analog tapes were transferred extra unused takes were found. The CHIC band were rehearsing the song and in the process recorded alternate guitar and piano parts that due to the then available technology couldn't be used in the original final mix. Current tools allowed me to sync the unused parts with the rest of the used takes. My remix is quite a "bourgie bourgie" like version in the spirit of the CHIC classic instrumental workouts like Sao Paulo or Savoir Faire.
